Great storage unit, very good security that makes you put in a code before entering and exiting. The staff was very friendly as well and helped us with our questions !

Find somewhere else to store your stuff!
Finally writing a review about the poor experience here.
Rented climate controlled storage but ALL items in my unit got water damage from a storm over Memorial Day weekend, causing me to get rid of most of them. Had to wait until Tuesday to speak to staff due to the holiday and we were apparently the second people to report damage, which they said they were still investigating. We spoke to a woman(assuming manager) and a man working the front desk, and the only advice they gave us was to take any items that could grow mold out of storage. From a previous one star review, it seems to be the same woman from 3 years ago, as she also spoke very matter of fact to us, offering no solution to our problems. She also asked who we had insured our unit with and seemed relieved that it was not through them. She told us about a unit that was completely filled with water, making it seem our problem wasn't as bad, and when we brought up the building feeling muggy and NOT climate controlled, she said it would definitely feel muggy since there was water in the units from what they believed to be a leak on the roof. So I guess climate controlled doesn't really matter!
The only help we really got was from the man working the front desk. When we informed him we were already planning on moving our stuff out, he said we wouldn't have to pay for the whole month since it was only the first week of our new billing cycle.
Overall I would not recommend this place, as management could care less about any damages to your items.

An absolute best in the industry, professional, courteous, helpful staff (Jacob) in this case gets my review. Once you've experienced the ease of storage here you'll never use any other place. When you see it you'll understand it's the cleanest most user friendly place to store. Thank you again Jacob for your true professionalism & courtesy. I feel like a Valued customer here not just another face.
