Tried to get some information about smart watches. First guy was pleasant but didn't know the difference between ios and android. The guy he was asking (manager I assumed) had a bad attitude and was too busy playing on his phone to try to help.

Stopped by the AT&T store on the way home from work and got way more than expected. Blair and Josh did a phenomenal job with helping me with obtaining my account number, and also with better discounts that I didn’t know I could get being in the medical field! Shout out to those guys ❤️

We have been trying to get internet service for the last week and have unfortunately had horrible experience with AT&T!!! After being rescheduled 4 times, each time being told a completely different excuse we decided AT&T was not a company we could count or rely on. The AT&T of the good ole days is long gone!!! The customer service has no idea what their technicians are doing and the supervisors are also clueless as to why customer support is giving excuse after excuse. After speaking to two separate supervisors on two separate occasions, both had no idea what was going on and could only promise to have someone out the following day. Well, AT&T is full of broken promises!!! Each time we were promised to have a technician here to install our internet service no one showed. No one called and no one could tell us why!!! Thank you AT&T for giving me a clearer picture of what your company is all about! We will gladly take our services elsewhere! If anyone is reading this please be aware of the lack of professionalism in this company! Please also be aware of the care that this company took when we had to take off two days of work and use our PTO. AT&T supervisor today told us he couldn't give a reason for why no one could come our and even went as far as to say he completely understood our situation. Well, I am here to say AT&T has no clue how to give their employees direction on how to talk to their customers and AT&T also does not give their customers hope that they are going to be taken care of and given the best possible service!!! So to say the least AT&T you by far the worst company I have EVER dealt with and I hope this review causes your company to search into how to better serve your own business and the customers you so eagerly want to have but are losing!!!

Blair was amazing! He stayed with me and my sister for hours and helped us work through some difficult stuff! He even juggled numerous other customers (as his co worker sat by doing nothing) and continued to help us through everything we needed. 5 stars for Blair!

The customer service was great. The guys were awesome. My complaint has nothing to do with the experience. I bought a tempered glass screen protector with a replacement program and paid $35 (with $11 discount) on Saturday. On Sunday, It fell off my couch onto the area rug, and the screen cracked. To get it replaced it’s gonna cost me $10 so I would have invested $45. I would’ve gladly taken it back if they would replace it for free. You can buy a three pack of tempered glass, privacy screen protectors on Amazon for $15.

Great Customer Care from start to finish from Store Manager (Herman)! He was very polite, friendly and very professional. He greeted us as we entered the store and telling us to Have a Great Day as we exit. He took CUSTOMER SERVICE to the next level of showing us GREAT CUSTOMER CARE! Thank Herman!
