Poor customer service. Went to modify a business account and was told as soon as i walked in I had to do it online or call. Didn't even bother to hear what I needed or try to assist. I drove to this location from a non-corporate location as I was instructed to do so. Speaking with the business people online they were as much perplexed as to why this store did not assist.

The single worst experience I’ve had switching mobile & internet providers. With explaining every detail of the week long painful journey getting my wireless and internet plans set up, I’ll just note the few things that occurred during this process:
Please also note that these services were set up by a representative after my in store visit and handled mostly via phone. I was not ask to review any documents or confirm any items of my purchase prior to my viewing of my first bill.
- AddOns: An add-on was placed onto my account that I did not ask for nor approve of. I spent 42 minutes on the phone to get this charge removed.
- Bundling: The primary reason I switched my wireless carrier was to bundle with home internet. I was informed I would be able to do this for a total monthly bill of approximately $85. As it turns out, the internet plan available for bundling plans is not available at my home address, yet I was still set up on a wireless AND internet plan. First month activation and installation fees are hefty with AT&T as well.
- Discounts: I was informed that upon my account activation I would be prompted to enter military ID info to receive the respective discount. I was never prompted to do so and when I attempted to remedy this, both in person and via phone customer service, I was told no retroactive remedies were available and I would see the discount in the following month.
While there are a few good and knowledgeable people working at this store, the manager Jonathan being one of them, the overall service from AT&T was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll be switching my wireless carrier, and potentially home internet, at the end of this first billing cycle even though it means paying more in activation / installation fees.

Josh was very helpful! Not only did he help me add a phone line and set up new internet service but he also reviewed my bill and made a few adjustments which better yet helped me and my family. He was superb!

The employee was giving off the wrong energy. He seemed like he didn't want to work and had a bad actitud. Threw the boxes of the phones at the table and made us do the transfers and open the boxes ourselves. Also, 2 times he told us we could leave with the old phone and the new phone to finish the transfer and then come back in less than 30 days to turn in the old phones. Just overall bad service.
