If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely rude. Said to my child “your mom is a Gem” very sarcastic! Also, the brand new iPhone 15 we picked up had a feather of a crack on the screen!Run away and go to a different AT&T

I brought my 12 year old son in for his first phone. I've been to a few AT&T stores and it took forever. The lady that helped us was AWESOME. So helpful. We were in and out really fast even with a walkthrough of setting up the phone. She was 5 star all the way.

We have been coming to this location for over 15 yrs. It’s the only at&tstore I trust when setting up new phone plans . Louie did a great job and made our upgrade to an iPhone 15 pro seamless and quick!!he even helped us pick out accessories. All our questions about rebate and pricing were answered. The phone works great . I highly recommend this store over others in the area. There is virtually no wait and you are greeted the minute you walk in.

Really bad experience with the representative named Anh. Went to get a line added and get my phone updated with my wife but had to return being disappointed. His customer service and attitude towards customer was really bad. We walked in to the store and I sat down on a chair to deal with him, my wife was looking after my kid. I told him service I want and after that he started to ask questions to my wife. Me and my wife was shocked how he ignored to deal with me and he wanted to deal with my wife. My wife instantly said you talk to him. Then he asked a question if I was the account holder ? Which i was not but i am the authorized user. I told him I am not the account holder but I am an authorized user. Once he heard that from me he said the account holder has to be physically present to add a line and shut us down. We did not argue or anything coz we knew he was being a jerk. I hope Atnt would hire people with better personalities and would like to actually work as a representative.

Rich was the best AT&T employee I've ever felt with. It was the smoothest experience I've had with any phone company since I bought my first iPhone in 2008.

I was being help by Cátedra and although her service was outstanding . AT&T consumer service needs to do better. I had to re-verify my account 4 times! Càtedra was so patient and helpful and I thank her for that.

This review isn't about the store, but about the service we've received from AT&T in Melissa.We live in a "smart" home neighborhood. The internet has been out since Thursday of last week, meaning that we have not had internet for nearly four days. Our home is essentially useless.We can't use our security system, adjust our AC, manage our appliances, print, use our computers without major lag (from using non-AT&T data). One of us works from home, so working has been thrown out the window.Allegedly, it was fixed multiple times over the weekend, yet we have seen zero improvement. We have exceeded our phone data limit because we've been having to use our cell phone hotspot, which is not AT&T.We received a notification that our internet would be fixed on 12/24/23.This isn't the first time, in fact, we have outages multiple times a week. But this is the first time it's been ongoing for more than two days.It doesn't help that AT&T is the only company serving our area.Why are we being charged for the internet?This is PREDATORY.

THE MANAGER OF THAT STORE DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME WITH A PHONE THAT I ORDER ONLINE AND IT ARRIVED OPEN AND INCOMPLETETHE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE STORE TO EXCHANGE IT, BUT THE MANAGER LOOKED AT ME THAT I AM HISPANIC AND DEFINITELY TOLD ME IF I DIDN'T REALLY OPEN THE BOX? AND HE TOLD ME THAT IN THAT STORE THEY DID NOT HAVE THAT DEVICE BUTthere was another person who is a seller also said yes they did have a black one but he mentioned no we don't have anything we can't help you with that you have to call customer service.That's why I take the decision to use another service provider to appreciate my business1681 N central Expwy, suite 450,mckinney tx 75070

Absolutely the worst. I don’t know where to start with these folks. They don’t answer their phone and when you finally do get through they misinform you. I showed up after they misled me only to be told a completely different story and that I’d need a manager but he went home early. I went back the following day, I was declined when I requested the manager and told I couldn’t be helped and that I’d have to call customer service on the 800 number.They don’t have their staff trained correctly, they cost me time and money. They are a disgrace to the company. I will avoid and further dealings with this store.Avoid this place. Go to Anna or some other location because these staff give zero cares.If you’re wondering I was merely asking them to exchange the phone they’d sent me because they sent me the wrong phone. Over 100 miles of driving and multiple visits to that store because of their error and their misinformation I was pretty much told to go away and call customer service.In a word DIABOLICAL.

An absolute wonderful experience, I walked in and was greeted by James (who was still in training.) Whenever he wasn’t for sure about something the manager on duty (who was fantastic) answered his question just to assure accurate information was presented. Went in to exercise my next up plan and left a very happy customer. Thanks to these amazing people at this location keep up the great work!
