These folks are awesome! Truck looks brand new after they fixed it up. They were super quick about it as well. Best experience I’ve had getting hail damage fixed. Shaun, Brock, Shannon, and Mercedes were all wonderful to work with. They take good care of you here. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Brock and his team were EXCEPTIONAL and the repair was completed quicker than any other repair quote I received. There is NO way I would ever shop nor take my vehicle to another team than Brocks group.

Shaun helped save me so much with this process, I 100% recommend! They drove to my place to pick up my Acura / drop off my rental, and I got my car back to me fully fixed in under 2 weeks. My car came back with no damage, and was newly cleaned & buffed. I had a lot of questions because I hadn’t heard of this company before but Shaun was so helpful! I really liked my ford expedition as a rental too! Would definitely recommend :)

This place is awesome and Brock and team are amazing!! I’ve been to a few different PDR places and this place rocks. Shannon dropped me off and picked me up from Enterprise and they made my car look like new again. Thank you!! I’ll be back if hail happens again.

I had my vehicle repaired by this company, but the job was incomplete, and there was no follow-up. I spoke with the salesperson who came to my house, and he assured me he would handle it, but I still haven't heard back. While the repairs were done well, they didn't finish the job on my Ram.

I can’t recommend Brock and the team enough. From the initial appointment to get the vehicle looked at, Brock worked with my late work hours and got me in. Brock was very thorough and walked me through the process. They provide their own rental cars, which are very nice SUVs. The only hold up in getting my vehicle into the shop was my insurance company taking a while to finish the estimate. But once the estimate came back, Brock got me in and into their rental. Repairs took exactly a week and it was immaculate. Not only repaired but cleaned inside and out. I can’t recommend them enough. I will be a customer for life.

Brock and Shannon were a dream to work with, including making the process of getting a rental seamless. I had extensive hail damage to my truck requiring PDR and body shop work. My truck came back in better shape than before and spotless when I picked it up. Highly recommended!

Can not compliment Brock and the team at Auto Hail Repair Group enough. After dealing with insurance delays for 25+ days, Brock and his team had my truck repaired in under a week, looking good as new. Highly recommend the team at Auto Hail Repair Group. I had my Jeep Cherokee repaired by this company, and they did not complete the job, leaving the damaged trim unfinished. They returned the Cherokee and promised to contact us when the parts arrived, but it's been over a month with no updates. We used USAA, and the salesperson assured my husband and me that they would take care of everything. Unfortunately, this company seems to be just another mediocre hail damage repair business that doesn't keep its promises.

From start to finish, the entire process was phenomenal. Praying we don’t have any additional hail damage, but if we do I look forward to working with Shaun, Brock, Mercedes and Shannon! They truly exceeded my expectations!

Within a week of purchasing a brand new Tundra, a hailstorm came through. Insurance attempted to total the vehicle which made no sense. Brock was able to help me deal with the insurance company ultimately getting them to reverse their decision and fix my truck. Very much grateful to him as the rest of his awesome crew. They also set me up with a rental free of charge.

Brock is a very kind and understanding business person that is very rare to have in this industry. He cares about his customers and his strong work ethic is something that each of us should cherish and value. The repair was done properly and they even repaired some of the scratches that did not come with the hail.

I was referred to Brock with Auto Hail Repair Group by a coworker. I live in Little Elm so I would have never found them. I had a 10 day old Toyota tundra I just bought that got hit with a massive hail storm. When I took it in to Brock I explained how I just got the truck and I didn’t want to send it to a collision center for the conventional replacement of hoods, etc. He said he would do everything not to lay paint on my truck. He kept his word and the truck came back to me like it was when I drove it off the lot. Great company recommend to others who want quality work from a company that will back their repairs.
