I’ve been a customer at this location for the last 7.5 years and have the best experience every time. The staff and managers here have always been quick to help and are always friendly. (I’ve come in dressed nice and I’ve come in after taking care of some yard work). I’m treated with the same respect every time.

I visited this branch today with a bit of a complex issue. But then, the patience and expertise with which Angela and Shamin got everything sorted wowed me. All the other staff were polite and kind to me as well. I felt seen and heard. Amazing.

There’s a line of 6 people to see the teller inside here and the manger was just staring off into space doing nothing when she clearly needs to help the singular teller with a large line. She walked off to I don’t know where but that just seems unprofessional

Lol seems like this specific location bank has awful management and no consideration for loyal customers, they don't have integrity in work hours and have bad customer service by ph calls. They building this reputation.

Should be given 0 Star. This branch should be closed because it's good for nothing. Every time I go there, there is on only 1 teller. There is always a long wait time and I never see a staff member jump in to help people. You just wait or walk out.They never answer phone call no matter when you call them. I tried calling them right at 10am when they open and multiple times during the day but no Answer. I started transitioning my accounts from this bank to another.

I am for years with B of A today i when in to wire some money the cashier ask me if I need help she told me to wait for the lady from an office I stay at the welcome in desk….she was talking to the phone I watched the cashier to wave her few times she wasn’t paying attention 18 minutes later she got off the phone she didn’t see me staying there and I asked her to wire the money she told me she is busy with her customers they’re coming soon…..stay away from this Bank of America no service at all the manager the only word knows is sorry setting around and doesn’t do anything we have business we don’t have the time to play around service is ZERO I am moving to another bank…….

Worst experience with Bank of America. In line for 20 mins wait, only one window open, but other staffs were just talking. I needed help for a wire transfer, and I just asked a simple question as what is the limit of the wire, and she gave a look and said like a million two millions and whatever. I didn’t know that’s how you answered as a customer service. Then I tried to have her to walk me through more details, her attitude was really not so good. I guess I’m not the “rich “ customer she normally met. I completed nothing and left. Horrible and disappointed!
