I am truly in AWE right now, as I type this review. This is the THIRD time recently that we have attempted to deposit cash for a commercial account, and apparently it is beyond the comprehension of the tellers to deposit cash and give back exact change correctly. I always give a clear print out of the exact amount I am depositing and the amount I require returned to me. This time I was told that I had failed to give clear verbal instructions to the teller. I DIDN'T GIVE VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS! — The clear instructions WERE HANDED TO THE TELLER ON A SHEET OF PAPER! Then another employee, who I presume was a manager (she didn't bother to introduce herself to me) then told me I couldn't be given my change back for some ridiculous reason, and I was in the wrong in this matter! A similar experience has happened not only to me, but to one of our other employees — Someone at BOA owes us an apology, though, sadly, I doubt we will ever receive one, as genuine customer service seems to be an antiquated concept at this location.

Had a bad experience at this branch with the Customer rep manager being rude to tell me that my concern could only be solved by calling the Online reps, whereas in fact the online reps on the phone had specifically asked me to a branch. I got better services at another one of their branches.

I deposited $800 in their ATM, the money did not show up on my account. The ATM gave me a black screen and did not give me my money back but did give me my card. Ive been on the call for about 2 hours and still no resolve.
