Worst experience with Bank of America. In line for 20 mins wait, only one window open, but other staffs were just talking. I needed help for a wire transfer, and I just asked a simple question as what is the limit of the wire, and she gave a look and said like a million two millions and whatever. I didn't know that's how you answered as a customer service. Then I tried to have her to walk me through more details, her attitude was really not so good. I guess I'm not the "rich " customer she normally met. I completed nothing and left. Horrible and disappointed!

Horrible customer service. I have never been to a bank and the people are so rude. I have several accounts with them and I will be closing all of them.

My husband tried to make a cash deposit for me into my checking account and was not allowed to do so. I had filled out a deposit slip and signed it, my account number was imprinted on the deposit And my husband is on my signature card as well but was told he could not make a cash deposit. I don't drive and every Bank of America in our part of town was "temporarily closed " the Saturday we tried to make the deposit together. Customer service is a thing of the past. So frustrated with the service at Bank of America. It used to be a good bank.

We've been customers of the Bank Of America for over 30+ years, we have savings, multiple checking accounts with multiple deposits monthly. we moved to Mckinney about 9 years ago and transferred our accounts to the Virginia Parkway location, initially the service was excellent, now it's a continual mess never the same people, usually only 1 teller even when a crowd is in line and waiting. It's especially bad when the only teller has to handle business clients that take longer to complete their transactions. This location (numerous times) has just closed without notice, requiring clients to drive to the only other location in our area. This is really bad service ...we're going to move to another Bank that has scheduled hours and has drive up service

We had a bad experience at Virginia Pkwy branch of Bank of America. Staff were rude, not well informed and i would never go back to that branch ever.
