Manager Rush is truly the best—his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for customers stand out. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, always finds solutions, and makes you feel like a priority. It’s rare to find a branch manager who is so approachable and invested in the customer experience, and Rush sets the standard.
The entire team at this branch works together seamlessly and creates a positive, friendly environment that makes banking stress-free. I’ve visited many banks over the years, but the level of service, attention, and hospitality here is unmatched. Ive multiple accts here and had best experience.

**OZK Bank Review - Key Insights** Clients traveling domestic or overseas Beware ‼️
We had the opportunity to engage with the staff at the OZK Bank branch located in McKinney, and we must say we were quite impressed by their professionalism and willingness to assist customers
In particular, the branch manager, Mr. Rush, stood out for his dedication and helpfulness, effectively leading a team that genuinely cares about their clients.
However, our experience took a troubling turn when my family traveled overseas. Despite having informed the bank in advance about our travel plans, our account was locked and placed under review without clear communication.
This abrupt action left us in a highly stressful situation as we were abroad, struggling without access to our funds.
The lack of access to our account resulted in significant hardships. We found ourselves unable to pay essential bills, which only compounded our difficulties while we were away. We faced defaults in all our bills. We lost thousands of dollars of government grants.
This situation was particularly concerning as my 92-year-old mother, who is also an account holder, faced health challenges during our trip. The inability to access our funds when we needed them most caused us immense anxiety and distress. She almost lost her life due to lack of financial resources
In my attempts to resolve the issue, I sent several messages through the bank's app, but unfortunately, there was no response from the OZK support team.
While the branch staff was responsive and empathetic to our plight, they were ultimately powerless to address the concerns related to the back office policies and procedures that led to our account being locked. The branch also never contacted us again and left us in disdain. They finally closed our account and send us a cheque back.
Given this entire ordeal, we would rate my overall experience with OZK Bank a disheartening 1 out of 10.
We cannot recommend this bank to anyone based on our experience, especially if you travel domestic or international.
The only positive aspect of our time with OZK was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Rush and his team, who were consistently supportive and kind, even in the face of an unhelpful back office.
After this troubling experience, we decided to change banks and are no longer associated with OZK.
We did take the opportunity to reach out to Mr. Rush to share our feedback in person. He was busy with clients and promised to call back.
We are hoping our input might lead to improvements in the future.
This review will be followed by a publication on flawed OZK banking system.

Excellent service by professional bankers. Great customer service, only bank where you will be greeted by every single person in bank. Very impressed with manager Rush. Business account opening procedure was smooth n easy, instant debit card and online set up.

I have been banking with BANK OZK from past few months at Mckinney Location(Intersection of Custer Rd and Rolater). I am Extremely happy with their services. The Branch Manager "Rush" is very friendly in welcoming, helping and providing all the information and taking care of all customers needs. he is very knowledgeable and he understands the requirements of a customer and fulfill required services. It will be incomplete review if i don't mention about the teller's Deepika and Ishwari. Both of them welcome us with a big Hi as soon as we enter the door, understand the requirement for our visit to the bank and help us answering all the questions with patience. I am Happy to be associated with this bank and the people. I recommended my friends and family members to this bank.

So the bank manager Tony has decided to lock my account down and hold onto my $207,000. Without even a courtesy call or reasoning why reached out to his supervisor with no response absolutely worst banking ever definitely some shady banking.Tony anytime you want to reach out to me, please feel free to let the public know what a scam artist you and your company are!
