Horrible Customer service.I had an appointment to an open a checking account , I informed the teller and was told to sit and wait. I was in front of 3 or 4 Men Banker offices for 10 mins and nobody came out . She patiently walked me through each step and answered all my questions.

I’d like to react not to a PNC branch bank but to the overall PNC Corporation. They purchased my automotive loan and I’ve had so many issues since. Paid off my car December 10, 2024. Promised title in 3 weeks. Today on February 21, 2025 I still have no title. Can’t get tags renewed, can’t sell car. PNC says they can’t replace my title even while admitting they sent it to the wrong address. Now I have to wait longer and drive with expired tags, back to the DMV and request another title. No idea the time line, cost etc. After paying them $10,000 plus in interest they won’t even Fed Ex the piece of paper I need to start the process of trying to get the car re-titled. Terrible entire experience with PNC Bank!

Went to the bank only to find out that the cashier had withdrawn $1,500 from my account and gave it to a man that was not in my account. It took them 45 minutes to fix their mistake and no apology was offered.
I thought they were suppose to max ID with account number. That didn’t happen!
That is basic! That is the reason why they ask for ID. Crazy thing is I guess they pick and choose who gets ID and check to see if it matches the account.
Very disappointed!

This bank sucks! They held a CASHIER'S CHECK for 5 business days causing my other transactions to BOUNCE! I HOPE THRY ARE THE NEXT BIG BANK TO FAIL!

This particular bank in my opinion has stolen nearly $1000 for me. When I transferred the money from BBVA to PNC two years ago, they told me there would be no fees whatsoever. So I trusted the gentleman who signed me up. I had about four accounts. One was a Savings account and the two were other checking accounts, but I really never use them, and they went dormant. I’ve never gotten one statement by email and I’ve never gotten one statement by mail.Because the accounts are dormant, I really never checked anything and trusted the person who signed me up. I went in, and I noticed that some thing looked a little bit weird, will they have taken up to a me and fees that I never knew about. I immediately called, but it’s been so long. I’m elderly and I am still the guy signing me up. But shockingly he doesn’t work there anymore. I was with BBVA for over 35 years and they were amazing. I am now with Chase and another local bank. I do not know how I’m ever going to get back this money they have essentially stolen from me. This is an irresponsible and frightening, tricky bank. Watch everything, because they will try to steal from you.I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hiring a lawyer. I can’t believe they would take up to $1000 with an account that really didn’t have much more than that and it to start with. Can you imagine putting $1000 in and waking up one day and there’s zero dollars?These people are thieves and liars. Avoid PNC Bank at all costs.

Maybe it was bad when it was BBVA but as PNC this bank is well staffed, & friendly. That far out outweighs any gripes I've seen.

The other PNC branch sent me here. THE WORST employees EVER! They denied my withdraw because my signature didn’t match my drivers license…. Because that was more than 10 years ago. Never again doing business at ANY PNC location.
