We went to get a loan the loan agent told us several times that everything was correct and that we were good to go. Then she changed it and said you can’t do it because of “this” then said but you can’t try it this way and I am sure it will work. This happened a few times and every time she said we have everything and it looks perfect. She said a few times things like in my experience this is a definite thing you will have no problem. So we stopped exploring other options and all of it was lies. She did not know what she was doing and messed up the paperwork several times and this ended up costing us the loan and since we stopped looking at other options because of her guarantee of getting the loan now it has caused other problems with what we needed the loan for. We deceptive at least and incompetent at best. I would not trust this bank to be honest and to help you. Thank god she was not able to talk us into opening a bank account as well. Typical greedy and perhaps deliberately lying bank.

PNC Is a zero. IT isn’t up to par. IT has to be working with software from 2000. Nobody seems to understand login/password resolutions. Always have the “back office” involved requiring a 30 minute wait without rectifying the problem. 4 debit cards in 4 years. Turns off autopay without
being authorized to do so. FDIC would go broke if that organization didn’t have a limit for payouts if the bank goes belly up. There’s a bunch of clowns working at this bank. They wouldn’t even understand questions or trouble shooting with drawings using pretty colors of crayons. Think twice before banking here. Learn from me.

Love this bank!! They are welcoming and helpful and Ashley at the teller desk is just amazing. Her attitude is infectious. She is so helpful conversational makes you feel like family. I can’t appreciate her more. Thank you so much PNC. I am a customer for life.

I think I have to take out my money and investment in this branch. This branch will not help you but just get benefits and profit from my money. I went there and asked for help for notarization of doc but they said they cannot do it but I went to another branch how come the other branch had no issue doing the stuff for me?

This place is absolutely incredible! I went in to get a new card issued, and Lyanne had my card ready in just 2 minutes. In my 10 years of living in the U.S., this was the most astonishing and remarkable experience I’ve had. I expected to wait at least a week to receive the card by mail, but this sophisticated bank had its own card machine! From walking into the bank to having the new card in my hand, it took less than 10 minutes. I truly commend her professionalism! Highly recommended.

I deposited Cashier's check on Dec 28th. Now they hold my fund and saying It will not release until Jan 6th. I will close my account soon.

So many negative experiences with this banking institution… and I am only now sharing since the bbva compass merger. During the 3yrs of being a “valued customer” I requested a new debit card (3times over the last few yrs) due to an authorized out of country purchases / and I did actually misplace my card 2 times! The nearest branch is 59miles away from my residence so of course I ask to have it mailed. EVERY TIME it mysteriously did not make it to my mailbox. Of course I verified the address they had on file and it was correct. It takes 7-10 biz days to rcv new card in the mail and didn’t want to wait around for it. Which brings me to my review.. drove 59miles here, bathrooms were appalling and the rep asked me the same questions I’ve already answered 2 different times when speaking to a PNC rep concerning my missing debit card. I was asked the date I called initially. It was late August.. however I’ve called 2 more times since then and had detailed conversations with the rep. Why are these calls not being logged? PNC also withdrew $5 from my account for the American Red Cross design on my new debit card.. which I was told was a complimentary upgrade AND it NEVER made it to me NOR was it activated. I understand it was only $5 BUT.. how can they just pull money out of my account without me giving them my debit card (didn’t have one while on the call) info or giving verbal or written consent?!?! And yes. Of course they will credit it back to my account… in 7 to 10 biz days!!! Lots more negative experiences about the company but I’ve wasted enough time. This is NOT my primary banking account!! O yeah.. I get to pay $7 a mth a recurring fee!!!! For what?!?! I NEVER use this account. BBVA didnt charge me a monthly service fee. And yes, I got the notice in the mail with all the small print stating I would be charged. RUN away from PNC Bank!!Any PNC reps who I’ve personally encountered while at one of their locations have always been great! I can NOT say the same thing for the call center PNC reps.

If there is a way i could give 0 then i would. I showed up and there were 0 customers, but apparently the bankers were too busy to help open a new account.. asked to set up appointment? For what? U cannot help a walkin client then screw you.. there is way too many options and u dont deserve my business!

Horrible experience here and I’ll never return. Simply wanted to cash a contractors check that was drawn on this bank versus depositing it into my bank because of the one day waiting period. I already felt as though my husband and I were profiled in some sort of way as I felt awkward walking in there. Which explains the emptiness and employees just standing around talking out of boredom ? I won’t go into detail as it will be too drawn out. But she verified the check, the account, then says I need an override from my manager. My husband and I just looked at each other and laughed like ok. Why keep us there so long only to come back and say they couldn’t cash it ??♀️ without any reason? I’ve never experienced this in all my years at any bank. Going to the bank that is on the physical check should never be an issue because they have the ability to verify everything on their end. Which she did but still didn’t cash it. Safe to say I will never cheat on Chase again. I’ve only had the best experiences here and they know me at my main branch. Check deposited and cleared. PNC is a joke. I never had issues when they were BBVA.

I don't know why I bank there anymore. No one knows me and on the very few occasions that I request something they never get back to me. The only person that looked out for us was Erika but she is gone now. It time to find a family banker...if that is possible.

In our first appointment, we were there kn time but they had sent us back as they had limited bankers and had technical issues. Second time, We had an appointment but we were late by 20 minutes. They kind of sounded flexible and got us a revised slot after an hour. When we were there on time, they Made us wait for more than an hour and we were asked to leave again without service as they were approaching closure time. Poor service. Limited Bankers, and poor technical infrastructure.
