Wonderful local store. They have amazing appliances that are top line for really good prices. We bought a washer and dryer from them and also a fridge. When the washer had issues they honored the warranty and brought us a new one no problem. This should be the first store you visit when purchasing appliances for your home.

My husband called looking for a specific washer as ours wasn’t working and we didn’t want to keep putting money into it. Edwin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions over the phone. Then we came to the store later that afternoon. He showed us exactly what we were looking for, we purchased it and he was able to deliver it to our house later that evening. He made sure to show us everything on it before he left since it was a bit different than our old one. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful!! We will definitely be back for any appliance needs we may have!! Highly recommend Best Appliances!

This is a great family owned, small business. The owner made sure everything from the sale to the delivery/install was perfect. My washer and dryer was even able to be delivered the same day as the purchase. I highly recommend this business.

I would like to start off by saying I’ve been researching the speed queen brand for months and our washer just broke and Edwin was the only one that had one for a decent price to replace my whirlpool. I was lucky enough to meet Edwin and he is a very honest and a man of his word. As a small business owner myself I know there are some things out of our control but sometimes we have to make things right for customers and he definitely did that today. I will certainly be recommending him to all of my clients and family. Thanks again Edwin and keep up the hard work!!!

He spent significant time working with us to help us choose the model that fit our needs, and after our selection and payment, he carefully wrapped the unit for pick up and transfer. Customer service is excellent. Walked in for a dryer and undecided about a refrigerator, but since price of fridge was cheap, I was able to get fridge and dryer. I'm happy to say, I love the choices, I made. YAYYYYYEEEE??
