Edwin demonstrated excellent customer service and courtesy. He spent significant time working with us to help us choose the model that fit our needs, and after our selection and payment, he carefully wrapped the unit for pick up and transfer. It arrived safely and we are thrilled to have a good quality washing machine that will last many years to come.

Customer service is excellent. Walked in for a dryer and undecided about a refrigerator, but since price of fridge was cheap, I was able to get fridge and dryer. I'm happy to say, I love the choices, I made. YAYYYYYEEEE??

Edwin was terrific!He sent out a repair man the same day. Unfortunately our washer was past its due date (10yrs old) and he had a great used one in stock for our budget.The same day he came at dark, in the rain and delivered professionally. We had a Christmas party and he did his thing. In and out, very professional.We have 5 kids so we are so grateful!!

I don't really recommend them, the price is uncomfortable and how defective they come out, it's pure business to be making up for it every time they break down. Every 3 months I have to call and pay.

Edwin was super helpful as we looked at the washer & dryers, providing all the specs of each. After we purchased a set and arrived home, I realized the wall outlet didn’t match. I sent Edwin a photo of our outlet, and he changed out the cord for us, free of charge! Thank you to Edwin, and Joaquin for the install!
