“Great people. Great service. Hands down, they are the best. Been to different bike shops before and the folks at Bike Mart-McKinney are a class of their own. They know the bikes, everything about cycling, repairs, nutrition and bike fits to name a few. I brought my bike for major tune up early this year and a bike fit recently. Totally loving it! What makes them stand out above the rest is their personal level of interaction with you - they will not sell you anything you will not need. They are a cyclist best buddy - they are real people, real cyclists working at a bike shop! Did I say they also have awesome bike rides??? Need a bike? Or need a services for your bike? Come to Bike Mart - McKinney. David W, Jimmy H and Victoria K are just a few of the awesome team members they have! Can’t go wrong with Bike Mart - McKinney!”

“Just picked up my bike for service on a couple of issues and the team at Cadence Cyclery was great to work with. When I asked how they resolved the issue, Nick, the mechanic who worked on my bike explained exactly what was fixed and confirmed a test ride was completed for finalizing the work. I’m extremely happy with the service and team at Cadence.”

“Best customer service and resolution to adding training wheels to bicycle purchased at another store. My husband, mechanically adept, was unable to get 'universal' training wheels on our granddaughter's new bicycle. I called Trek Bicycle and first phone interaction convinced me I chose wisely. Trek was unable to install training wheels because parts were too short. Told my husband extender they needed to order for installation. They still weren't able to make it work with the extender. However, with their ingenuity, they were able to take parts from a used bike on hand to make it work. Solved the problem! Caring staff, creative problem solver and had our granddaughter enjoying her bike quickly. Next bike purchase is definitely at Trek Bicycle Allen!”
