Chris and his team were fantastic! They looked at the issue of my brakes and gave me a window of a couple of hours to get everything done. Brakes, oil, and rotors. Then called me to let me know everything was done ahead of that window time. Really pleased with these guys. Will return for sure.

**Urgent Warning: Avoid This Place for Your Safety**
I'm writing this as a serious warning to anyone considering Brakes Plus. Please avoid this place at all costs. I understand we sometimes look for a good deal or find ourselves in a bind, but this is *not* worth it—especially if you value your safety.
I took my car here for a brake job, despite having doubts due to their lower pricing. I assumed, with "Brakes" in their name, they'd at least be competent in that service. I was wrong. They failed to do even the most basic quality control: a test drive. Because of this negligence, I was sent home without brakes. Yes, you read that right—my brakes weren’t even bolted down properly. This caused extensive damage to my vehicle and put my life, and others on the road, at serious risk.
The financial cost is one thing, but the danger and trauma they caused are inexcusable. When I requested reimbursement, their response was dismissive, essentially asking why I didn’t bring the car back to them for further repair. Why would anyone trust a place that nearly got them killed?
Yes, they have good reviews, mostly about how “nice” their employees are. But friendliness doesn’t make up for incompetence. I’m sharing this to help prevent someone else from going through the same trauma and danger I did.
Please, for your own safety, take your vehicle elsewhere. Your life is worth more than saving a few dollars.
