Very good staff. Always helpful and pleasant. Best place to get rental in Allen/McKinney area

The 16 foot truck we rented sucked but all of the employees that I have encountered made up for bad equipment. I give the staff 5 STARS. Extremely kind, friendly, and overall helpful. The only reason I would rent from Budget again would be because of the staff.
