My husband placed an order for 20 wings with three different flavors. One of which is my favorite dry rub desert heat. Unfortunately it was nothing like it should’ve been. It looked as if they sprinkled the season on the wings and I didn’t even get 5 as ordered. We called and spoke with the new manager, Sam. He was very apologetic and refunded the amount paid as well as a gift card. He understood our frustration, especially being this wasn’t the first time. We love BWW and have faith Sam will make a difference with the store.

The WORST! Our server brought us food we didn’t order & when my friend and I went to split the check, the server charged MY card twice. I had to call 2x to request a refund for a purchase I did not sign for or authorize. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank as the management is just as incompetent as the server. DO NOT GO HERE. A week later I STILL have not received a full refund.

When ordering from Door Dash, we placed an order, then 30 minutes later canceled. Reordered and then 20 minutes, canceled. Are they running out of product? Then it was a battle to get funds back. Be careful when you order from the app from this place. Not satisfied.

You can't put order in with online or the app. I called at leasteight times and no one will answer the phone to put in an order.I will have to go to the Plano location to get service.Parking: It just gets crowded quickly.

Ordered wings, immediately noticed that some of the wings were COLD, and the rest was hot. Clearly my food needed some extra wings from some left over plate or loose wings somewhere, absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Server didn’t seem to care, took the food back and that was the end of it, the place was nearly empty.

Walked in and it took the guy about 10 min to gather menus and sit us down, second the place was filthy and our booth and menus were sticky and dirty table was too. Server greeted us and brought our appetizers which was fried pickles mind you they looked disgusting. Never going back we left. Don’t recommend this place go to another location.

Both lady’s working as servers did an excellent job, even the guy server taking orders to the front for “to-go” ordersBut the modelo draft beer tasted like crazy guys draft beer (flat, disgusting, not good)The wings were kinda warm but not freshly hot as plucker’sThe fry’s were stall (cold and old) server got us fresh one asap tho.Usually make home before making a stop but not tonight.Parking: Clear parking lot, maybe because too many bad reviews and experiences??

I was visiting from California and we walked in to order takeout.. 12 wings, a burger, and fries.Service was slow.. asked the desk about my order and was told not ready yet, waited an additional 10mins after asking 2 additional times about my order only to find out that it was already sitting there behind the counter ready for pickup. On top of that had to wait an additional 5 mins because they forgot to add the fries that came with the burger and the container of fries looked like a half-order.Also the burger was very dry

Man the customer service and quality of food is hand in hand pretty poor. I went here back to back including Super Bowl Sunday and had basically the same experience, hence my review. Super Bowl Sunday was a special circumstance which I won’t dive into but on my return trip Monday lunchtime, I noticed there was only a small crowd of people; possibly 10 tables set out of 25/30. Myself and another gentleman were standing at the front waiting to be addressed for over 5 minutes. Like, where is the hostess?? Granted my order was ready at the time I arrived at the counter but it was supposed to be ready @or around 12:10 according to my online order and I arrived at 12:09 because I like my food hot and ready. Mind you I had to wait the 5 minutes for the hostess, so food never got into my hands until 12:18. What room e for surprise is that once I got to my car and checked m food, fries were already cold and wings looked like they had been setting for hours. No huge biggie I’ll just heat it up a little bit when I get home(literally 2 minutes away) but the kicker here is that I asked for a single ranch and they gave 6! Blue cheese. Like why? Would you waste that much product on a one person 6 wing meal and get it wrong on top of that! #makeitmakesense

I ordered a 10-wing combo with fries and ranch. The app gave me the wrong time estimate. Food was already done with no notification. The mix of classic wings had yo be the driest wings I've ever had. They were overcooked instead of tender/juicy. It was a struggle to eat them even with ranch. The ranch cups were also mostly empty. I wanted to give this location a chance instead of the nearby Wingstop. Big mistake.
