If you have a problem they have mechanic. Plus: the annual free tune up if you bought from them. I keep on coming back. Call before you come. Their hours change with the season.

I bought my E bike in for a new gear changer and your technician Marc did a wonderful job and he was done within 15 minutes of me dropping off the bike. Your technician is truly a gifted person.

On 9/11/24, my derailleur hanger broke while I was on a bike ride. It was suggested for me to give Cadence Cyclery of McKinney a try. I took my bike there that day on my lunch break and Ezra was amazing. He was informative, thorough, kind, and patient answering all of my questions and concerns since this was the first time I’ve used their place of business. I was told it will take 10 days to complete. It took 16 days to get my bike back after they replaced the hanger and chain. When I arrived to pick up my bike, I waited for a few for a gentleman who just got to work to clock in and to retrieved my bike from the shop. After paying for my bike, I ask to speak to the tech who worked on my bike to go over what he did so I could fully understand what was done. Instead of getting the tech for me to speak to, he told me what was done to my bike and that was it!! I left and went back to work very unsatisfied!! When I got off work, I was led to take my bike to Richardson Bike Mart in McKinney to let them check my gears and chain and sure enough my chain wasn’t cut to fit my bike!!! They removed 5 links from my chain. That’s careless, unprofessional , and
dangerous. I would NEVER USE CADENCE CYCLERY AGAIN!!!

It maybe unfair to paint the whole business in a negative light because they do have some great people there. However, I hope they have cleaned up house as there were some very shady, unscrupulous transactions that went on that would have belonged in a street corner than in an established, brick and mortar establishment. There is a reason that people opt to pay higher and do business with authorized dealers -trust, peace of mind and confidence in the authenticity of the product and integrity of the business. It's unfortunate when a business allows unscrupulous and unethical people work for them.
