I spoke with them over the phone and as much as they wanted my business for auto body repair they respectfully denied me. I have a Range Rover and honestly it’s not major repair but I appreciate any local shop that is honest. They even gave me advice about how to handle my claim. Very nice gentlemen and I hope I never need auto body repair on my other vehicles but if I do, I’m coming here! Thank you for your honesty!

I was originally given an estimate of 9-10 days for the repairs to be completed. Instead, it took 7 weeks! No adequate explanation was given for the delay. Don't trust the estimate they give you. If you need to use them, multiply the estimated completion time by five!
