Caloways location is a great place where you get the reasonable and reliable plants, we have been purchasing from McKinney location from few years, all of them are good. Special thanks to Rani Allu she explains everything in a detailed of each and every plant we ask for, suggestions, recommendations for each season, how much water needed, where to place, how much sun required. She has patience and shares her views, she gives trust to grow more and more plants for example like banana, brinjal and different kinds of flowers.
Need to watch for some of the deals on soil and plants as well, thanks to the management for well maintenance of all the plants and return policy.

Since moving to North Texas, Calloways has become my go-to greenhouse. Their plant guarantee is a huge plus, especially since I'm new to this area and am just learning about what grows well here. Last fall I used the Pick and Plant service to help me install my first perennial garden here, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Asst Manager Rani A ensured that the plants I'd chosen were right for the space, and she made the rest of the process easy. Now I'm starting on my second big garden project and wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Had a fun walk around looking at all the succulents, the plants, the decorations, planting items and I bought a beautiful hanging basket a couple of succulents and a really cute cat planter with some other items... I forgot the lady's name that helped me but she was very helpful and picked out a plant for me for my little cat planter... Fun!

It was just okay… Like most big name nurseries a lot of the plants were just poor quality. A girl there tried to help me which was nice but I wasn’t too pleased with the selection. Something about them is just missing. Maybe I’m just picky.

REBECCA helped me pick plants for our front yard and she was FANTASTIC! Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. She understood my criteria, steered me away from plants that were unsuited for the location, and navigated me through many great options. After I made my picks, she made sure that I had just the right combo of plants for the space for a cohesive look.
I’ve been to 2 of their locations- in Prosper and McKinney - and the customer service at both places has been EXCELLENT. They’re helping clueless homeowners beautify their yards, one plant at a time! THANK YOU!

When I came here, a lot of the plants looked half dead and not very well taken care of compared to other locations. I ended up looking for about 15 minutes until I kept smelling pot around the guy there with a Bieber-haircut, pretty sure he worked there as he was wearing a calloway’s jacket. He wasn’t too helpful at all either. I’d go somewhere else.

Stopped by Calloway’s for the first time & loved it! The space is HUGE and filled with so many gorgeous plants and flowers. They had Variegated Monsteras for 50% off! I had to grab one. It’s absolutely gorgeous!

I had such an amazing experience at Calloway’s in McKinney! The staff is so helpful, especially Rani! She showed me a wide variety of plants and thoughtfully answered all my questions about them. I picked out some good ones based on her recommendations and they look beautiful in my garden. Thank you so much :)

Came here to find some new plants and was pleasantly surprised with the great selection. Chynna helped me find exactly what I wanted and showed me some new plants I’ve never seen before. Very knowledgeable & kind about everything she showed me. Loved this place, definitely recommending to friends since it was such a great experience!

I am new to Texas and love container gardening. At Calloways on Eldorado in Mckinney, Chynna was extremely helpful and kind.
I had many questions and she answered all of them with knowledge, and took the time to help me.
