“We had an outstanding experience with Floors Touch! From start to finish, they were professional, detail oriented, and truly committed to giving us exactly what we wanted. They installed beautiful new laminate flooring in most of the house and replaced all the baseboards throughout the entire house. Every step of the process showed their attention to detail—they took the time to make sure the layout, cuts, and overall finish were perfect.
Our project manager, Tarek, was fantastic to work with—organized, communicative, and always willing to work around our timeline. He made sure everything stayed on track and that all our questions were answered along the way.
Our installers, Jorge and Guillermo, did an amazing job. Not only is their workmanship top notch, but they were incredibly thoughtful about our situation with our three cats. Since we had to keep the cats in a room away from the installation, we occasionally had to pause to move them as the installation progressed. Jorge and Guillermo were patient, accommodating, and worked smoothly around us needing to relocate the cats. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process surprisingly easy.
On top of that, they were always punctual, friendly, and considerate.

“I went to Dungans because of their long standing presence in McKinney. Their salesman Ron assured me that their installer has been with them long term and one of the best. For sure Jonathan is! He took a day just to grind our upstairs subfloor (warped OSB!!) and then float all the low spots. It took more float than estimated and I was happy to pay for it, as you can imagine, your finished floor is only as good as your subfloor is flat and level. Glad he knew what he was doing. Will use them again for more flooring upstairs and continue the beautiful wood planks.”
