I waited on a closed lane on drive ups (my mistake) and kept pressing the Call Button over and over but they didn't tell me that lane was closed until there was no one on any lanes but still I didn't hear from them. Then after a long wait the lady turned her mic on and told me it was closed while someone could've done that the moment I pulled up there or at least sooner.

Horrendous service. Went in to open a checking account and waited and waited. Bank employees waked by my son and I standing in the lobby looking around and ignored us. There was a line at the counter or I would have gone there for help. I just wanted to open a checking account for my son. People came and went. After 25 minutes I went to one of the 3 employees in a cubical on their cell phones and asked about some help. I was told be had an appointment coming up soonand couldn't help me. That's fine but couldn't someone had told me that instead of playing on your cell phone? You could have saved me time.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The service here is terrible. They are rude and have no interest in helping you with your account. From the tellers to the account managers. Investing in your staff is the lesson here. Do better Chase. You make money off of us because we are your clients. Without clients you won't succeed.

Sara and Kristi were great, the people that wrote discouraging remarks migh have been having bad days because these girls do not have bad days. They are always cheerful and nice to me. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

Just like all the other horrible reviews are on here. Add one more! Make no mistake it is the branch manager here that is the problem! Wife and I just received some information about an action she took and were absolutely floored. They will not answer their phones. What she did was despicable and needs to be looked into. Making assumptions with no merit is not the way to run a business. We will be following up! Stay away from this branch! My 84 year old mother is in absolute tears right now because of her treatment resistant depression and what this manager did. We need to get to the bottom of this!Shame shame!!!We will update this review as soon as we find more information on what all she did!

I am not sure the issues or circumstances with terrible reviews, but I have been inside this location a handful of times for various tasks and have never run into any issues with any staff member. Everyone has always been very accommodating and friendly!

We have locker with Chase at branch 4990 Eldorado Pkwy, McKinney, TX 75070 to 10years. Today I went to access the locker and the banker closed my locker without asking. We complained to the Bank manager but no help. Now, they cannot reinstate the locker. And we are private chase client.

This branch is absolute trash. They can’t (or won’t) ever answer their phones. Basic information is like pulling teeth with this branch. Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with this branch.

Why does Chase list a phone number when no one answers? None of the branches have a live person answering the phone. I think we'll switch our banking to Navy Fed like everyone else. Much better customer service.

I rarely write one star reviews, but I must bring this matter to the attention of the public. We recently opened an account for my then 18 year old son at this location because we were able to get an appointment. I was not familiar with anyone at the location but they were nice enough when we opened his account.Several weeks later we deposited a check that had a lengthy hold over 10 days. After speaking with the loss and prevention (corporate) we were told to go to our branch and verify our identities. We went to the branch and the bank manager yelled at us in the lobby that corporate does not control local branches and he refused to even listen to anything we had to say let alone verify our identity with corporate. I will also mention that I sent two emails to this branch. No one has ever returned our call from that branch since then. Everyone in the bank turned around because this was very loud and very rude.Again, several days later loss and prevention (corporate) told us again go to a branch to verify our identity. Chase confirmed they have received funds for this deposit but they still must verify our identity at the branch with two forms of identification. This time we went to Virginia Custer branch the lady was very professional and helpful. She contacted loss prevention (corporate) and confirmed our identities. She also explained to us why this happened and how we could handle this in the future so it would not happen again. She also said the account could have been placed on hold, etc. etc. etc. and it was good that we followed up with the branch and did exactly what loss prevention (corporate) told us to do.We were considering closing this account after being treated thus at this branch. We will return to Custer Virginia branch and make changes recommemded to this account and future deposits. I will never go back to this location again and do not understand why this manager was so rude to us that we were not even worth taking any time with and practically ran us out the bank while raising his voice and proclaiming how long he had been a banker.

Dealing with this branch is a complete nightmare. I’m in shock the manager hasn’t lost their job yet.If you want to visit a banker it will be a 30 minute wait if you need a safety deposit box 45 minute. What a dumpster fire !

Might be time to change banks after 30+ years. First Chase removed the drive up ATM and now went to get documents notarized and no notary at the bank. What bank did t have a notary?? It appears Chase is slowly giving up on customer service.

Came in to get my business account set up at 1630 hours. Nick was extremely fast and knowledgeable about completing my setup. He was by far the best customer experience I have had with any bank interaction. I can promise you I will be coming back to this branch for all my business.
