Hit or miss. Normal business days crew is always on it. But come prepared with the same routine… whether it’s a cpc question, business transaction there’s always a different rule.I come with the same transaction. So this months franchise fees are in Wells Fargo this month.Inconsistent, understand it’s the weekend.The people there are cool though.

I had a really great experience here. I’ve been to other branches in the past that were too busy to help me, or they gave me wrong information. Well, not at this branch…Eden and her other teammates seemed to bend over backwards to help me. They offered me water (cold or room temp?) lol. They must have a great branch manager also because everyone there spoke friendly to all the customers. No, this is not a paid review.

I’ve been a Chase client for ~ 30 years. Before going to this branch I checked the reviews and IMO they were substandard. After spending two hours at the location I now know why. Primarily they are WAY understaffed. This may or may not attribute to their professionalism. I needed to wire some $ and there was only one person available for that. When I arrived, not a single person greeted me. For a moment I wasn’t even sure they were conducting business. The place was almost barren.I waited ~ 30 minutes before the young lady handling wires invited me into her cubicle. She was pleasant and seemed qualified and took care of my request in ~ 30-45 minutes; which seemed excessive, but I was patient. I was OK with the timeframe. What really irked me is that I waited over 30 minutes to get my DL & debit card back. The wire had to be reviewed by a bank officer who was well concealed. Eventually a teller brought my cards back to me so I could finally leave. The bank officer didn’t have the professionalism to greet me and return the items themself. That’s horrible business. Maybe I was interested in opening a multimillion $ brokerage account, maybe I was interested in securing a large loan - they never asked and they’ll never know. There are much better places for both of those accounts.The entire time I was there, an employee in a cubicle next to the waiting area was chewing the fat with someone. It didn’t sound like a client discussion. They were talking loudly and I never heard any conversation that regarded banking. That was irritating.When I lived in Frisco, Chase had/has an awesome branch on Lebanon, just west of Legacy. I would rate them a 5 star. Always plenty of staff who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. One of their loan officers quickly developed a relationship with me. She would help me with any and every banking need. Their tellers are able to do wire transfers and it takes ~ 10 minutes. I think next time, I will make the drive to Frisco. I’ll not ever visit the McKinney location on Custer again. They had their chance and blew it and the biggest problem is that THEY DON’T CARE.

Came in for a notary around 12:10pm was told they were at lunch and they would be back around 12:45pm ; I decided to come back at 12:47pm talked to someone AND was told to wait a little more because they weren’t back yet! and that I was gonna have to wait EVEN more time due to people being in front of me because they had appointments!! NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON TOLD ME THERE WAS PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME! I left the building without being helped at 1:15pm . Was told to go somewhere else too! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! What a waste of time!

If you are looking for a bank with warm and friendly people this is the place. I met with Eden today and had a wonderful experience! She was kind and friendly and cared about what my needs were and offered solutions fro future needs. Excellent friendly Banker to interact with!!

I have been trying to get in touch with a qualified agent that can assist me in opening a revocable trust checking account. I need to know the exact documents required to do so. Your recording says Chase is too busy and to call an 800 number where there is too long a wait for someone that may or may not come to the phone. I am a customer.

This is their branch bank where they train their employees so if you want to get to know your banker-forget it here! Watch your account very closely! And trying to call this branch is quite a challenge

The staff at this Chase branch is by far the best of the 8 we frequent. They are always understanding and accommodating. They know you by name and sight and always smile. Makes my day to go here, don't bother with other branches, I drive out of my way to use my favorite. Thank you!

Go to this branch if you like being treated as an inconvenience by a little manlet in an oxford shirt and a woman who apparently has no job qualifications.
