Why does Chase list a phone number when no one answers? None of the branches have a live person answering the phone. I think we'll switch our banking to Navy Fed like everyone else. Much better customer service.

Might be time to change banks after 30+ years. First Chase removed the drive up ATM and now went to get documents notarized and no notary at the bank. What bank did t have a notary?? It appears Chase is slowly giving up on customer service.

I don't usually leave reviews but the experience we had with Calvin Clay at Chase Bank was nothing short of a perfect bank experience. I highly recommend anyone that is looking to join chase bank to visit Calvin Clay at the 4990 Eldorado Pkwy location. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great experience Clay!

The location is quite busy due to its location at the corner of Eldorado and Lake Forest in the Kroger shopping center. The drive thru and inside counter are slow at times. The service of the staff makes up for the lag in service time. The bankers have been responsive to our needs and recommends various options to help us get the most of their promotions without the "sales" approach. They take appointments which helped with the long wait line on a Saturday morning.

I love banking with Chase. I always get treated with respect and professionalism. This location is very convenient to get in and out of being that it is on Eldorado and Lake Forest.

This was hard for me to believe but give this some thought. I went to make a cash deposit into a family members account and I was informed that Chase Bank no longer accepts cash deposit unless your on the account. So the clerk informed me I need to go to Kroger and get a money order for the 215.00 I was trying to deposit in cash with Chase. I went and got the Money Order brought it back to the clerk and she accepted the money order. Her explanation was the bank wanted to track cash deposits for laundering. Ok so if chase is so concerned about who make cash deposit then why do they accept cash deposits from non account holders for any amount of cash if it is deposited into a business account.

Beware of this bank, ask for all the fees that they will charge you. I got screwed over on a lot of hidden fees and I really didn't like that so I had to change banks. Horrible customer service.
