Really disappointed with the service here. Honestly, I'm not sure how anyone can be enthused dealing with a bank in the first place, but let's just say Malacai went out of his way to make my experience miserable. Even though Chase does not require masks, this rep insisted I wear one, then proceeded to not cover his own nose while providing his lackluster service.

Moved here 11 months ago and without question this is the worst Chase I’ve ever dealt with. Rude tellers, and even worse management.Ask to meet with the manager numerous times and he/she is always out of office???On 3 separate occasions I’ve asked a supervisor to have him/her call me to set up an appointment and never heard back. Also replied to a “feedback” email asking to have him/her call me, still nothing.Ultimately I found another bank to handle my investments.

We use Chase for our 8 different businesses, which I admit can be somewhat confusing; but, this branch can never figure out who I am even, though I have been using it for over 10 years, and there is always some "problem" with a simple check deposit and they won't accept it. I love the branch at Stacey/Custer. I will not be back to the Virginia/Custer branch

Good location. ATM rates are way too high. It should be illegal to over charge.
