I recently moved here with my wife and had my old truck shipped down. Since I live just down the road, I decided to bring it to Christian Brothers Automotive to have it checked out. From the moment I dropped off the truck, the team has been nothing short of excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way and letting me know what needed immediate attention and what could wait.
Their customer service and the care they showed for my vehicle were outstanding. I highly recommend this Christian Brothers location to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. 10/10, I will always recommend them!

I went to one shop to do my work and decided to come to Christian brothers for the rest of my job because it was a bit cheaper. But not only the price was cheaper but the service was 5x better I got about 3-4 calls from Lowell to tell me stuff that the other shop didn’t and gave it to me in detail Lowell was amazing. They dropped me off and picked me up. The experience was amazing all around. Lowell made this the best experience I’ve had at a mechanic shop. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them with such care as if this was his car we were working on. If you go into the shop ask for Lowell he will take care of you !

Trustworthy, reliable mechanics! They do everything from maintenance to repairs. James, the owner, is very patient and happy to explain how different parts of your vehicle work and why they wear and tear the way they do. We have taken 2 different vehicles there over the last year and have had nothing but great experiences. Thanks CB!

A friend's husband took my car to them first, and I was nervous with how it was all going. But taking my car to them, they had my car ready by the next day — much faster than what I was expecting! I went in for a camshaft sensor.

Had a transmission service done got 1hr down the road and the transmission is spewing out fluid. Covering my entire boat with transmission fluid. Owner Jason would not even clean up the mess it made on the boat after they turned my vehicle back over with an actively leaking transmission. Lost another customer today

I took my dad’s car to this place to the alignment and explained to them that I replaced the front suspension and that’s why I need the alignment. I chose this place for two reasons, 1 on Google they have good review. 2 it is super close to my house so I didn’t have to drive the car with bad alignment to a further shop. They charge me $152 (after tax) and when we came back home from our family vacation about week later and start driving the car I noticed we still have the same exact issues. Initially when I talked to the technician at the front desk (Todd) he mentioned they have warranty for this job and their workmanship. So when I went back to shop they told me they don’t have any warranty. I called another location and they said they do have warranty and they should have honored that. Very disappointing and it really hurts that they take advantage of people like that. Additionally I am a certified aircraft mechanic and inspector who has A&P license and FAA authorization for repairs and inspections. So working on the cars is super easy for me and I replaced the parts to specifications that is provided by Toyota on that car. I just wanted to say that so Christian Brothers don’t reply to me and say I installed the parts wrong prior to alignment which they could tell me at the time of alignment. Also please don’t fall for them and situations like me. Plus some of the services they provide has a high amounts for example charging you for arms and legs to change air cabin filter (image attached)

It wasn’t myself that patroned this shop it was my elderly Mother. They took such great care of her and they were honest and fair. Her car was repaired in a timely manner at a good price and they even brought her home and back when her car was finished. I am grateful for the positive experience for my Mom.

I brought my car into Christian Brothers Automotive McKinney for a state inspection, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional—they got me checked in right away and explained the inspection process clearly.
What really stood out was how quickly they got the job done without cutting corners. They were thorough but efficient!
The waiting area was spotless and comfortable, and they even offered coffee and water while I waited. In less than an hour, I was out the door with my inspection complete and peace of mind knowing everything was handled properly.
Highly recommend Christian Brothers in McKinney if you need a trustworthy place for your state inspection or any auto service. I’ll definitely be back!
