Crossroads Walmart has excellent curbside service. Staff is friendly, fast, courteous, and efficient. They take time to ask how you want eggs or bread handled (up front or with other groceries). On the rare occasion that something is not as it should be, Walmart customer service will take care of it and issue a refund/response quickly. Service is so helpful for those who cannot successfully or just don't want to navigate a large store. Thank you, Walmart!

On my way to my co-worker and his family's house near Dallas, TX, I wanted to buy a couple gift cards to go with the chocolates that I had bought for him and his family the day before. The first Wal-Mart I saw was this one so I stopped by. I ended up getting 2 gift cards, Olive Garden + a few other restaurants and Dairy Queen (you can't have dinner without ice cream afterwards LOL... okay, yes you can, but why not make it yes you will LOL). Wal-Mart in TX is no different than Wal-Mart in CA. I didn't walk around the store, but it was very clean and bright. I just used the self-checkout and transaction went smooth. I actually was hesitant to use self-checkout for gift cards, but it worked like a charm. Thanks Wal-Mart for making it easy!

Avoid at any cost they have no clue what is going on went in for an oil change at 4:00 pm and was given the run around finally they acted like they do not have the oil for my car 2014 dodge caravan no Ferrari here previously had used the Walmart on Ohio and 121 the smart person at the cash register could not find the previous service finally she said can find it a minute before that the tech found it on the iPad to scar 1:30 minutes later was done I have one word for these people there was a company called k mart and these fine people like this are hedging into that direction withe the best company in the world Walmart I am sorry we have this kind of treatment and we are the one paying the bill

NEVER GO TO THIS WALMART AT NIGHT !! My experience inside the store was just fine , regular customer service, great prices . When I walked outside of the store with a cart full of groceries I RAN FOR MY LIFEEEE !!! This Walmart is infested with ROACHES , I mean hundreds of roaches just running around and flying .. I'm scared for my life to ever return to this Walmart , and I feel bad for the employees who leave the store every night they probably count to three and run like hell to there cars. Anyways my experience overall would of been five stars if I didn't get chased by roaches . That's all

My first visit to this location as all items on shopping list in stock. I initially was turned off with setup as finding aisle B6 was challenging (tucked away and not accesible from main aisle). After grabbing last item on list, I browsed and was shocked to see a large garden and craft section. Thank goodness I did not have a shopping cart as I would've grabbed several planters and stands I did not need (first time seeing such a wide variety at a Walmart). There was also a $1 section at front of store very similar to competitor. With my closest location remodeling and this location's layout/concept, it makes me wonder if Walmart is looking to improve my love/hate relationship with them. The missing shelf price labels and numerous workers too busy talking in middle of aisle for a 'hello' tells me it won't be a total love/love relationship but definitely a happy medium.

Stay far away from self check out these people are bunch of thief .. They accuse you of stealing .. combat re- tarted people work .. for 15 $ an hour if that ?? Than 2 black men approach you leave my cart unattended... at the end they turned out to be wrong !!!! Ask them if you miss an item the computer stops automatically!! I think there behind wear a vail all day ( Indians. , Afghanistan god knows .. humiliation in target keep your receipt.. .. thank god I caught them .. go call the Plano police all daaay long .. Than they apologized are you a r***** don't you guys know when you miss a item the stupit check computer states missed item you guys are either very stupid or insain or uneducated ?? I'm not surprised it's Walmart .. I shop at traders joe .. Next time don't accuse people I tapped your stupid conversation ( pattern of behavior ) don't accuse ) don't apalalogize

3/9/22 Updated Review. Thank you Matthew for making things right. We appreciate your level of customer service and follow through. LACKS INTEGRITY! The plush toy was on clearance for $0.75, but still rung up at $5.00. After the staff member checked, she removed the price. Even though it was marked down, it didn't reflect on the system. We cannot override a price that's over $4.00.

We came in yesterday and walked around looking for some items. We found both of them. And I found some super cute stickers on sale for 2:00. Also the store was clean and the employees were very helpful

I've been using Walmart's online grocery pick up since last year. I switched to delivery when the option started but OMG it's so hit and miss. I've had my order cancelled 3 times since they began deliver and you can never get ahold of anyone to get a status. Be careful because it's like the man behind the curtain someone is running their online delivery service department but you never know who. The website needs to be enhanced.

Another attempt at Groc delivery. Another " Door Dash" dismal failure. My email 1147 alerts me the groc are " on their way" . So I move to front to sit and wait, clear view of driveway. Ready to take my delivery . 1205 , I'm still waiting but I get a message " driver outside" and " groc. Delivered!" Aah! NOPE! Nobody here, and certainly NO GROC.!! 4 frustrating calls. Endless ringing. No body picking up. Even on the preferred pickup/ delivery #. 2 calls to rhe 1800 # and finally Wal-Mart.com. story " EMER" tje driver told changed with each person I talked to. Car issue ? But he drove * back to store? Then it was ",he walked back WITH the entire order"??? Did he have a cart?? How long were my groc in sun? Why did he say he had " arrived" and then further claim to have " delivered" them? He said he walked them back before 12 but texted delivery @ 1205? What a racket!! Then they said we will send it back out! New driver is...EMER! WTH?? the same guy who JUST lied about car failure? And already delivering? 40 min. Later his car is no longer having " catastrophic" car failure???!! Door Dash experience for Me is killing the Wal-Mart GROC. Shopping! The whole idea is I paid for a service. So I COULD have delivery when I need it! 2,for 2 total MESS!

Everything about this store says F U to the customer. They took out all the checkouts and put self serve only, sporting goods has dwindled to pretty much no hunting supplies and vegetables are the worst I've ever seen. Don't even think about using curbside pickup for groceries because half the order will say unavailable, but if you go inside, it's right there on the shelf. I've sent pics and emails to Corporate and they always punt back to the local store. Walmart is turning into a large Dollar General store.

I've been to Walmart a few times recently and they have been uneventful. However, Kaiya was probably one of the nicest cashiers I've met at a Walmart in a LONG time. She was friendly and engaging and quick to get us helped. Thank you, Kaiya!
