Very close to our home; however, after years of visits and purchases for gas & items out of the store, we decided to finally call it this week. Improve the customer service-open your mouth and speak and communicate properly with customers. We’ll consider returning in the future. For now, we’ll take our business elsewhere where it seems appreciated.

Very rude service. Actually I couldn't even call it service.
I wanted to take two pairs of sunglasses 5 ft out the front door, to show my elderly mother and let her choose before I purchase them. I was refused. I offered my license, I was refused.
I silently went through the rest of my order, the clerk was about to hand me my purchase, and then pulled them back and said You're going to put those sunglasses back on the rack. I said no I'm not, and they canceled the sale and said I'm refusing your service.

There is an older gentleman who works there where you can tell he works super super hard . I give credit to hard work and understand there frustration as I saw he did all of the work

I just used my discount card for gas says I’m supposed to get $.10 off per gallon. Well I just calculated it and we’re only getting nine cents off per gallon with the card their fuel card.

These are the slowest gas pumps in the world! I have literally been here over 10 minutes and have a little over 11 gallons filled…

I literally only go to this gas station because it is convenient. The black girl that works here with the jumbo lashes is always rude to everyone who comes here. Why is she so angry? It makes no sense. The gas pumps are always out of service there's only like 4 working ones. This location is always busy so if you are in a. Rush don't go here.

Its still Jeff... Today when I pulled up, I watched him walk out for a smoke break. Then when I asked if my favorite drink was in stock, the MF said "I can't leave the front counter", however when I came to checkout my items he was nowhere to be seen. "Cant leave the counter" my ass. Please. Fire. Him.

Caucasian older skinny male , rude. So rude. To me to others. Isn’t clear the way he answers questions. He was outside in the front smoking while customers are waiting to be checked out.

This place is terrible. The music was blaring the “n” word over and over. I asked the guy checking me out a question and he was super rude. I will not be going back.

I went to this store almost every single day and all the workers including the manager are extremely aggressive and rude . Today something happened to me that I never thought would happen , when I was going to pay a drink one and scan a coupon one of the cashier touch me and move my hand aggressively , for one moment I thought he was going to hit me . I hope no one go to the store located in Alma road with Stacy road so that way this type of situation not happen again

Place hardly restocks their shelves and the place is a mess ALL the time. I was told last year during the summer that the AC is controlled by corporate and if that is true they have failed this place and are an embarrassment to my neighborhood. We have stopped going there and will never go back.

There is a line 7-10 people deep every time I go here. The staff makes the sloth in Zootopia look like the roadrunner. I loathe this store
