The cashier with glasses and shoulder length hair in her 30’s had the worst customer service! She was literally arguing with every other customer in line and holding up the line. She’s combative, argumentative and absolutely rude. Please look into her conduct. She’s notorious in the community for her horrible attitude.

I had a really bad experience with a self proclaimed owner of the store who refused to give proper identification.
This manager (according to her yelling) treated me and my team in the worst possible way. Even threatening to call the police on us.
Here is what happened:
Me and my team finished a job nearby and decided to go grab some lunch at this gas station. When we got there we used the restrooms and ask them purchased some food for just one guy because the rest of us didn’t like what the store has to offer at that moment.
We decided to wait until my coworker finishes his lunch inside the store because it was raining outside, and then suddenly someone started yelling at me and my team that we had to pay for what we already paid for and leave the store. I explained that we already paid for the food and even the cashier attended told the manager that we paid for everything but this wasn’t enough she continued to yell at us. I requested identification and she started asking us to leave threatening to call the police.
I even tried to explain that we always come to the gas station for many years now but she was so blind that she didn’t care I was a loyal customer who always referred the good place for a good lunch (not any more after this incident).
This so call manager should be a shame of her self and be called to explain why she was so mean and rude.
I will wait for a response and will seek legal advice because I felt like she was extreme and racist, something I would never expect from this location.
I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016 and feel so bad for this.

The morning lady is rude as hell. She has a horrible personality and should not be working as a store clerk. Everytime I come in she has a smug look as if someone has done something to her. I’m not sure of her name but on Friday 04/26/24 she was at work around 10:30 am. Deal with her before a customer takes it upon themselves due to her poor service and attitude.

The employees now as of right now are horrible!! Tall young white gentleman with shaggy hair is rude,unprofessional and unkind, unsocial!! The older black lady who is a manager or acts as a manger she just sits and plays on her phone all day and is rude also!! Went in here with my wife to get a can of skoal and she got some snacks! Now we are both 41 yrs of age he asked fr my I.D. and than he asked fr hers?? And my wife said I’m buying chips and a fountain drink why would you need my I.D.?? And he said because he is buying tobacco and you came in with him!! We were both shocked that at our age I was denied at 41 my can of skoal because my 41 yr old wife didn’t bring her I.D.!! So the older black lady came over like she was gonna help us and why we tried to explain she put her hand up and said SORRY not my transaction!!! So I said so if I bring a infant with me to buy a can of skoal are you gonna deny me if she doesn’t have a ID also and he just kept saying I can’t sell it to you unless she shows me a ID!! Literally walked out went to 7 eleven!! SO DO NOT GO THERE it’s unprofessional it’s overwhelming and everything is in closed and no room to walk or stand this place is a joke and also during hours of school being out nothing but kids run around in there

You sell coffee. You are a gas station. You also sell milk and creamer, yet you never have creamer for your customers. Absurd ordering - which is general manager’s problem. Bad management.

I love Circle K this one in particular has breakfast tacos and they have ones that don’t have a bunch of cheese in it or any cheese at all which I like they’re just nice and healthy and they make you feel good in the morning. I got egg and potato this morning and I’m super happy about it. I’ll be coming back for this.

Garbage customer service every time I go in. Just gets worse.Add the fact that they are always out of stock of almost everything and I sincerely hope 7-11 or RaceTrac or QT buys them out.

The long white hair older white lady that works the night shift has been nothing but racist towards young black men. She has failed accused them of stealing with no proof and kicked them out the store on many occasions. She has made up policies that doesn’t exist saying only one person is allowed in the store after 12. It’s so bad that i have asked other circle k around the area and they say they get people coming in complaining about her to their stores. She need to be fired immediately she shown nothing to prejudice actions toward black minors who aren’t with their parents. This is unacceptable for this area. I will be contacting the news about this store and the many of accidents that has happened since this last has worked there.

Fuck this gas station. There's been a few times I go and and I can't even go inside. They have a sign posted "on break, be back in 5 mins". Seriously!!? I waited 15 mins. Wasn't gonna waste time and post about it but this is the 4th time this has happened to me.

BUYER BEWARE! They do not charge by the prices listed on the rack. I picked up a loaf of Mrs. Baird Honey Wheat bread which was listed at $2.69. Took it to the counter to pay and the clerk told me $4.99. I told her what it was listed for and she said, insistently, it is $4.99. I went back to the rack and it clearly stated $2.69. I went back the counter and told her again and she looked, relented, unhappily, and sold it to me for $2.69. Be very careful when you buy here. This corner store should not be in business. I have had all kinds of issues with this store over the years and don't know why I continue to shop there on rare occasion.

When I was there between 8:45pm and 10pm Saturday night the store and parking lots were very well lite. The fountain drink and coffee areas were really filthy. The outside trash was over flowing. I thought God said your cup runneth over not your trash bins. Between customers the Guy with the Circle K shirt on could have been cleaning, wiping something down or facing shelves. However you chose to chat up a couple young ladies on company time instead. He seemed nice enough, this store needs actually Leadership from management. Sunday afternoon the inside of the store looked Amazing and the outside had clean pumps and empty trash cans definitely a place I could have pride in work at and spending my money where you can tell the people care.

Maybe if the cashier stayed off of her phone when scanning the items, I wouldn’t have been charged twice. Horrible service, then again it’s a gas station. RT and QT have better customer service than this place.
