Never liked this one even before the great reset. (Google it) I had a cashier lady lecture me for putting a case of water on the belt one day.
Everyone that works here seems to have a bad attitude. The frisco location seems way better. Oh well, these big stores don’t have to care about customer service.

I went to buy some tissue that was on sale but they didn't put the correct sign when I asked cashier she said it's just for online or business center however the ad shows it's for stores too, anyway she didn't accept it, today I went to East plano and they pot the sign correctly and I purchased that item (Kleenex tissue) how two stores have different price? One with full price and another one with sale price?

Honestly, I used to like this Costco a lot, and I have been a costco member for over 10 years.
But in the last few visits, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable.
I'm not sure if it's because of the new policy changes or they have hired some rude employees in the past few months.
I have been to Costco in Plano, Carrollton, and Frisco. I only have some special treatments from this one. For example, someone told me my partner can't pay for my stuff because I have my membership on my phone and he didn't download the app on his phone and he doesn't like to carry too many cards on him. In another incident, I'm walking into the tire center, even with a membership card. They don't let me through and tell me to go into the store, then go through the checkout to the tire center.
When they told me all these, they sound very rude and screaming at me. Definitely feel like they discriminate against Asian.

Can't use my wife's card to go in and grab a hotdog on my lunch break. They want me to wait in a ridiculous line to be able to let in. Guess I'll be getting my lunch elsewhere.

my mother recently got out of the hospital after surviving a fatal semi truck attack… after explaining the long traumatic event i had a panic attack right then and there in costco. for some reason they chose not to believe me. i used my mothers costco card to go get her prescription pain killers. because of the semi truck incident. in case you forgot. my mother had to drive 20 minutes by herself to pick up the prescription. horrible atmosphere. horrible attitude. stinky aroma.
