Justin was totally professional and extremely helpful. The customer service department for cricket was so rude, I actually went into the store to cancel my service. After talking with Justin, he resolved our problems and we bought 2 new phones.

Justin could not provide with the information that I needed and then proceeded to act unprofessional by using profanity and not directing me to a more professional supervisor. I felt unseen and disrespected. And then directed me to BestBuy and knew “for a fact” they had the product I needed, BestBuy did not offer me anything but advice that my method should have worked and not have gotten cussed out. The Cricket store was closed and locked up for the day during business hours and when I called, no one picked up the phone. Absolutely unacceptable and repulsive manner.

I bought a car charger because my cell phone was already dying.
I told him which one I needed and he gave me the cable but not the adapter for the car, and since they no longer sell USB chargers and he gave me a USB adapter and a different cable, I go out to the car and see that it is not right
And I came back to tell them what was happening and only the one who sold me that told me.
I'm sorry, we can't change it because these are store policies and it hadn't even been 2 minutes since I bought it. How is this? It's a theft

Justin is the best, polite, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. He demonstrated a willingness to help the moment I walked in. he has a tough job working face-to-face with customers day in and day out. He is an excellent example of what good retail customer service ought to be. Thank you, Justin.

Justin was amazing. We were switching from Spectrum Mobile and were having such a hard time getting them to port our numbers over to Cricket. He was so patient and was even able to hold our stuff when we had to leave for a quick appointment and come back. Highly recommend this location and Justin as a representative that will get you what you need so you can leave happy.

Justin is an angel. Yall, when I say he has the patience of a saint I mean that with everything in me. I went in on Monday, had issues (on my end) wasn’t able to get a new phone but Justin told me to come back tomorrow (Tuesday) and we would get it sorted out which was the best course of action. Came back at about 3 and this man patiently worked with me through all the issues I was having until FIVE THIRTY. This man deserves a raise & a bonus too ? but seriously, if you need anything & you have cricket go to the one in McKinney. I live in Plano and will definitely make the trip back to this cricket store if the need ever arises. Thank you so much Justin! You are phenomenal, keep doing what you’re doing!!!!
