I've been renting an interior unit here for a few years, and I'm consistently impressed by how clean and well-maintained this property is. The exterior is always clean with no overflowing dumpsters or trash on the grounds, and the interior hallways are always swept. My visit today was particularly great. On my way out, the General Manager, Kendra, introduced herself and checked in to see if everything was going well with my account and my unit. She noticed me using the keypad to enter/exit and informed me about the CubeSmart app, which lets you open the gate with your phone—a total game changer!

My dealings with Kendra at CubeSmart have been excellent. She is the most efficient and most helpful manager this location has had in years.
As I have many units at 812 North McDonald I feel quite secure knowing she’s there and checking grounds very regularly. I really hope she’s the manager there as long as I’m there.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! RATS EVERY WHERE! NEVER anyone in the office, went to pay and the guy in the office was sitting in the office with office locked during business hours. Tried to open the door and the guy basically waved me off I waited 2 hours in the parking lot trying to pay and then the guy came out and put a sign on the door said be back at 9am and it was 3 o'clock in the afternoon.

The lady who rented me my unit was absolutely one of the best representatives I've had the pleasure to do business with. I will inform others of how easy and budget friendly it is to rent from here. And the lady who helped me has really exceptional customer service skills and it takes a lot to impress me but she gets 5 ? from me.

First time ever needing a storage unit and I must say that Ms. Dez made the process EFFORTLESSLY! Everything was easy to understand, she answered all my questions about how this works, she was pleasant and informative. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
