First time at this pharmacy in Target, the kind lady that took my prescription greeted me with a smile, took my info asked pertinent questions very professional and efficient upon the order being filled, I was greeted with the same energy and attentiveness. It meant a lot to me on a day I was feeling pretty low. This lady was an outstanding example of food customer service.
Side note during my wait I walked the store and on two occasions associates checked on me and made me feel like they were interested in helping vs some places employees seem to avoid helping.

Tried this pharmacy after a horrible experience at the CVS on Alma and Exchange, I'm glad I did. Super fast, very friendly and a great experience overall. It's nice that it's inside Target because I was able to pick up a few things during the short wait. Got a text telling me it was ready. I recommend this CVS location.

CVS should have the courage to fix its own error rather than burden its customer. This is about taking a second vaccine at CVS at 8900 TX-121, McKinney, TX 75070.1) My appointment was for 8/21 at 5 PM.2) At about 8 AM on 8/21, I got an email saying that I did not show up at my appointment so that my appointment was cancelled.3) I called the store and was told that CVS computers were not working right for a long time and I should feel free to go to the pharmacy at any time.4) I went to the CVS pharmacy and got my second vaccine.5) Today, my family went there to get her second vaccine. She was told that she took the vacince on 8/21 and she needs to call her insurance to correct this.6) I found the CVS recommendation irresponsbile and deplorable. CVS should fix its own mistake, rather than force its customer to fix a CVS errror. This is disappointing.CVS customer support has helped and we will see what happens today when we "walk in" as instructed. ThanksCVS customer support made arrangement and we got the vaccine as promised. I raised the star from 1 to 3. Thanks

I have been so impressed with his pharmacy, I did not want to go another minute without leaving kudos here on Yelp. I was hesitant to try a pharmacy that was located inside a busy store, but to my surprise there is almost never a line. When there is, another pharmacist will step forward and the wait is minimal. But more important than all of this is the friendly service I've received here over the past few months that I have used it. These people are problem solvers, and they will find ways to help you save on your prescriptions and get them in a timely manner, all with kindness. Beth in particular is always friendly, always efficient, no matter how busy she is. Others have provided outstanding help as well. This is the best consistent service I've ever had at a pharmacy.

We've moved several times from Frisco, Plano, and now Mckinney...there are closer CVS pharmacies to our house, but I drive a little out of our way to go here. The pharmacist take the time to know your name, answer your questions, and care! As long as I am in this area, we will go to this pharmacy.

I don't have health insurance and had to get a flu shot for school... on a whim, I called and they said it was only $19.99... Cheaper than Walmart, Walgreens and even the Health Department. Im a giant baby so I was anxious, but the pharmacy techs assured me it wouldn't hurt... Im a giant child and think it hurt anyways. But, they were EXTREMELY helpful and comforting and made my visit easy and saved me butt loads of money. THANK YOU!

Pharmacists are very good but the tech checking out everybody's orders is announcing your medication loudly and everybody within range (and he's loud) hears it. I doubt this is HIPPA compliant. So if your getting medication for something private I would avoid this place. No drive thru.
