This place is like a doctor. It takes time for the pharmacist to get to know you. After 2 months of communication, they seem to have my monthly meds down. If you want a refill immediately, then it is best to walk in and notify them. then do your thing, and come back. They will get it. As with the CVS automation not working or directing you to the pharmacist, go in person. I have spoken to 3 pharmacists. All 3 seem to help when they actually get to you. I like the Eldorado/75 location pharmacy staff. The staff in Anna Tx is not so friendly.

I pay the monthly CVS fee to get my $10 credit every month. CVS should roll out a program, to us paying users, that AUTOMATICALLY places all coupons, reward dollars, bonus bucks, and coupons on our card. It is completely illogical to make me check my email for such deals. Even the mile-long receipt in the past is better than what you have now. Why should I have to work so hard when I'm already paying your monthly fee?

Didn’t think McKinney was the Ghetto, but here we are. At 145pm, i walked past the bare shelves and refrigerators to be told that the pharmacy doesn’t open until 2pm. Upon returning 2 hours later, after standing behind an employee of CVS, I was informed that only 1 of 2 of my Rxs were ready, AND, and that one was “on hold.” Wishing to pay for the 1 that was ready, I presented my Good Rx card, and was informed that, “that don’t work. It been down for 3 days.” I paid for my 1 Rx that was ready and have remained ever hopeful that the other will no longer be “on hold” at some point. I regret moving my prescriptions to CVS.

I had an unfortunate experience that had to be rectified concerning a substantial amount of money. I returned to the store and discussed the issue with Millicent. She listened and corrected the error.

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I asked questions to understand what behind the counter medicine would be the most helpful and was laughed at. The pharmacist and techs are extremely rude and disrespectful.

I needed assistance at checkout and NO ONE was to be found. I called out audibly requesting help, and pushed the button for assistance…. No one. I finally went and knocked on the manager’s door (the office has no ceiling, so she heard me calling for help the entire time), where I heard her on her cell phone in the middle of a personal call.
I tell her that I need help, and she closes the door… still leaving me in CVS with NO ONE around.
My husband decided to manually get into the security case of the item we purchased because she completely ignored us. Then, when she hears it fall on the ground, she decided to come out.
Whoever runs this location, should pull the security footage on 10/09/2023 at 9:40-9:50. You will see that your store is not being supervised, managed, or cared for. In pulling this date, you can also see which manager was on duty.

Staff working at the pharmacy is very rude and barely helpful. They also do not update on filled prescriptions.
