Pharmacists don’t go out of their way to help you or making any suggestions or recommendations when prescriptions are not available. Waiting time is so long. They seem too busy to listen to you me concerns

I’m writing to formally share my concerns about a recent experience, which was both frustrating and disappointing—especially given the importance of the service involved.
I completely understand how challenging it can be to manage high call volumes, but it has become extremely difficult to get past the automated system and speak with someone directly. I left a voicemail last week and specifically selected a callback, even if prescriptioncan be successfullyrefilled. I waited all of Friday but received no response until I discovered a voicemail on Sunday. Unfortunately, the voicemail—left by Trisha, the pharmacy manager—simply asked me to call back, without providing any guidance or actionable next steps.
Given that I was already frustrated, I called again and had to leave messages back-to-back due to the challenges of reaching an actual representative through your automated system. When I finally connected with Trisha, I was disheartened to find that there was no acknowledgment of the delay or difficulty I had experienced. There was no apology or even a tone of humility to recognize that there had been a shortcoming. A sincere acknowledgment would have gone a long way in helping me understand the constraints she may have been working under—especially if the option she presented was the only one available.
Instead, I was simply directed to contact Medicare myself for an advanced refill approval. No additional guidance or alternative solutions were offered. I in fact laid out another potential solution during our call which should have been provided by her. This felt transactional rather than service-oriented—particularly disappointing because when I faced a similar situation with my father’s prescription at H-E-B Pharmacy, they were not only more proactive, but helped facilitate the override process with clarity and empathy.
This interaction was especially discouraging because I was trying to secure an advance refill for my mother due to her impending international travel—a situation that required urgency, clarity, and problem-solving. As a manager, I expected Trisha to provide more support or at least demonstrate sound judgment and customer care.
Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. Over the years, I’ve noticed a marked decline in service quality. In contrast, other pharmacies like Kroger and H-E-B have consistently offered more responsive and solution-oriented support. Because of this most recent experience, I am seriously considering transferring all of my family’s prescriptions elsewhere.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Customers rely on pharmacy teams not only for medication, but for thoughtful service—especially in time-sensitive situations. I would appreciate a response and a clear resolution regarding how such issues will be addressed moving forward.

Beena was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She spent quite a bit of time with me, explaining the extracare+ program and answering my (many) questions. Based on the advice and information she gave me, I did sign up for the extracare+ program.

Went to the Minute Clinic, Dr removed my staples. Affordable, easy, and quick, in and out within the hour. Thank you!

Other reviews are accurate. White old lady was having a snack behind checkout. When I came to checkout asking if they can take passport photo, she rudely yelled at me saying I just have to say passport photos. I told her that I will never come back to this store.

I almost gave up on CVS but Lashay, (excuse me if I misspelled that) was so awesome and explained everything perfectly to me about my insurance and the prices and how and why it was expensive. She was patient. Turns out I had the wrong insurance information but I came back inside and she was like “YASS girl” and I’ve never felt more seen this year. Customer service was 100%

Very poor customer service. There was a store associate Beena near the cash register and I was the only customer there. She watched me set everything at the counter to checkout and I asked if she could check me out. She just pointed to self checkout and rudely said,’’ Go there!’’. She could have told me she wasn’t going to check me out if that was her plan when she was standing and watching me put everything on the counter for checkout. There was no greeting, no goodbye, or offer to help ( layout has changed and it’s just nice to offer help especially when they don’t have any other customers). I asked who was the manager and she replied, ‘’ not here right now’’. I will not be going to this branch again

Customer service at this pharmacy has really gone downhill in the past few months. The pharmacy does not plan ahead to have controlled medications in stock that are filled by monthly prescriptions from my son's psychiatrist. Prescription refills sent early are placed in a hold list and stay there until I call or stop by to ask why they have not yet been filled, but they won't take them off the hold list unless I call or stop by on the day my son's previous pills run out. The pharmacy no longer answers the phone, instead it goes straight to voicemail, which promises a callback within an hour. I will be moving my son's prescriptions to a pharmacy that is more focused on customer satisfaction.

Came to minute clinic with an appointment, but waiting for an hour along with several others. Why are you giving appointments if you have us wait this long. Terrible customer service!

Been to this location a few times and the customer service is not good as a whole, including the pharmacy. Today, i went in and bought the wrong wrist brace and got to my car when I realized I did so I went back in to exchange it for the correct one. The manager on duty, Kris, showed no customer service and seemed quite annoyed at every customer at the front of store. He also seemed clueless on how to do an exchange/what service was needing done which was becoming increasingly frustrating, and overall an experience that is not acceptable in the retail world.

This is one of the best CVS stores I have been into all associates were all so lovely. My main purpose was the minute clinic and Dr. Bosire was beyond my expectations and I am very grateful I traveled over 2.5hrs to this location. God sent and the pharmacy was exceptional and I do not boost like this but this visit is very deserving. This community is very fortunate to have these amazing people here at your doorstep. Thank you CVS

Husniye in the pharmacy was a great. She stayed late on her shift to help her colleagues, and provided excellent service to me and even other customers who were rude to her. Thank you for your hard work it means a lot
