We have used this pharmacy for years. Their drive-thru pharmacy is fine except sometimes there is a wait if there are alot of cars ahead of you. I usually don't shop in-store. Prices at pharmacies are more expensive than the discount stores unless it's an emergency and I need to run in and get some type of over-the-counter medicine in a pinch.

Taylor is the best at providing excellent customer service. Smiling, kind, courteous, helpful . She is what every employee should be like.

I'm really surprised at some of the lower reviews of this CVS location. I've been coming to this pharmacy for years and I really like the staff; I get the same Rx's every month and usually they're ready for pickup within the hour of my Dr sending them in.
Ashley, main pharmacist, is always friendly, always says hello and seems calm under pressure - for sure this place is busy and yes, there's usually a line. But come on, the 2 other CVS's in McKinney closed so I imagine they're slammed with A LOT of prescriptions.
I will say that when they have Relief pharmacists working (not the usual ones) the service is not as good. Usually this is on the weekends.
But all in all, they do a great job here. I have crappy insurance, they always find me discounts/coupons and I appreciate that. I also think the call back service is a huge improvement from the previous absolutely maddening system which made it almost impossible to speak to a human.

2 weeks ago I lost my drivers license. A staff member from your store found it in the parking lot and mailed it to me. Im so grateful for that kind of customer service. Thanks so much!

Worse pharmacy ever! Very disorganized. Mistakes are made and then you are told “sorry” but we cannot fix it.

Horrible Experience, the workers, especially the middle aged middle eastern women, treated my little brother with cancer horribly. All we did was try and get his perscriptionz. Dont come here

Horrible experience at this CVS, I was line just right now at the pharmacy drive thru for a good 15 mins, right when It was my turn they literally shut the gate in my face, that was extremely rude.

My most recent experiences at this pharmacy have been terrible. They rarely have prescriptions ready on time, and I’ve wasted a lot of time going here. I had to pick up flu medication, and ended up having to transfer to another CVS to get my prescription filled properly and the same day, had I stayed with this location I would’ve had to wait until late the next day. Luckily, the other location got my prescription ready within the hour. Also, some staff are not very nice here.

The wait time is unbelievable. The pharmacy employees are nice and helpful, but it always feels like a hassle I have to mentally prepare for regarding wait times whether is at the drive through window or inside pick.
