I had the privilege of visiting Diamond Nails today for the first time and met the incredibly kind-hearted nail technician, Ha. She was sweet, thorough, and detailed. She took her time, and I never felt rushed.
She is extremely talented, as evident in the stunning Disney design she created on her own nails. Although Diamond Nails may not be as modern as some of the newer salons, its cleanliness and warm atmosphere make it a gem. Everyone, including Ha, welcomes you with open arms.

Came here to get my nails done and within a few days I've got an infection under one of my nails on my finger tip. She ran a tiny drill bit under the tips of my nails. Perhaps that drill bit wasn't properly sanitized. I cant add a picture to this post but I added a picture to their profile here. I have the blue nails.

Diamond Nails is wonderful place, clean, well-maintained. They have special pedicure chairs for kids too!! I’ve received manicure and pedicure today with Tom. He is amazing with his service. Warm to great, well-versed with his job and the massaging skills are to the notch. he was meticulously detailed oriented whether it’s to providing service, messaging hands and feet, or to feel customer comfortable. I’d defiantly come back to his service!!

We had 3 people for pedicures. The technicians took their time and provided such great massages. Would definitely go again.

Unsanitary and horrible customer service! Came in to get my eyebrows cleaned up and started with horrible front desk employees, then to top it off the a day later the area around my eyebrows started forming little bumps where the wax was placed and it wasn’t because of any allergies!! Wouldn’t come back

At first, I was happy with how my nails looked, but once I got home and took a closer look, I noticed noticeable gaps between the cuticle and the powder gel/polish on every finger. Really disappointed with the quality.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I booked my appointment last week (I don’t live in McKinney) with a Pacific nail tech, The nail tech I got was not her, She lied and lied to my face trying to convince me that she’s the person I booked for but she wasn’t, this lady today looked older, and wasn’t as kind. Finally I just proceeded to let her do my nails. She’s was very condescending, very rude. Maybe I should have left once i realized she wasn’t the girl booked. But I didn’t wanna have to find another nail salon to go (Saturday Morning). At the end of my nail appointment I’m looking at my nails absolutely horrible from my nail bed, the uneven shape, and the widening, thickness of my nails. From when she sat down I could tell she was judging me🙄 (she said something to me that implied that I might not have the money to get my nails done)
Below in 1st pic Is of The nail tech who did my nails perfectly my the first time at the salon compared to the nail tech (manager/owner) that did my nails today. I will NEVER give them my money again they got $100 out of me, this was the last time… what they charged me 3rd photo
