At this place you are treated like just another number and all they care about is money and not their customer service or their jobs. things are always disorganized there are carts in front of things so you can’t get to things like you should be able to and when you ask them to move said things blocking your way of getting to something they don’t respond and end up having to move it out of the way yourself. When we walked in today after being there with the same bags they didn’t have an issue with the night before till we put one item in our cart the only item we touched the entire time then they had an issue and told us to keep our bags up front due to policy changes that apparently happened overnight in less then 24 hours of closing the night before we asked what the problem was and why only we were being asked when others walked in with bags bigger then ours and they were not asked to do the same or bothered while shopping They rolled their eyes while actively looking away from us mumbled something under their breath we could barely understand when we asked them what they said they said nothing but we heard them say something under their breath just couldn’t make out what exactly they then said either leave your bags at the front of the store and do your shopping and pay for your stuff or leave the bleeping store with nothing but your bags your so attached to those are your two options I can’t make it sound more stupid and dumbed down so your stupid small brained selves can understand it better I said don’t worry we are leaving and never shopping here again and you can expect both your corporate office to get a call and be hearing about this and a very bad review. we left and shopped elsewhere where we were not treated badly my fiancé has medication he has to take for medical issues regularly that he had to keep on him in case of emergency or he could die they said not their problem policy is policy and that is the end of it when he tried to say he can’t do that and leave his bag they again didn’t care and said he could wait outside with his bag while I shopped if it was that serious in an extreme heat advisory in Texas summer heat that felt like 120 degrees Fahrenheit which is beyond unacceptable. They loose employees and managers as quickly as they get them due to fact they pay them badly and treat their employees very badly due to this the store is so understaffed they can’t keep it clean or organized at all and it is like a tornado went through the store the Place smells like sewage and price tags on shelves are not what you ever pay at the register ever and is sometimes 2 times the amount listed on the shelves price tag when brought up to them they roll their eyes don’t care and make you pay the wrong price that was what it wasn’t listed at on the price tag. past management and employees tried to ban us from the store for no reason because they said we stole we have never stolen anything a day in our lives and have no criminal record at all simply because I was putting my wallet away in my bag near the clearance rack outside of the store on the sidewalk 5 feet away from the rack so I wouldn’t get run over in the parking lot while doing so. Unpleasant atmosphere,unpleasant employees and management,very bad customer service,terrible people,terrible organization,terrible smelling store,and even worse cleanliness of the store. After the way we were treated and the terrible customer service,and all in all lack of organization and grossness of the store we will not be back ever again and we urge others to never go to this store again either unless you want to be treated very badly wrongly accused of theft for no reason and have to shop in the most disgusting and disorganized store ever. this place treats both customers loyal and new customers and employees very badly and then don’t care or seem to understand why employees are running screaming and customers are not coming back if I could give this place negative stars I would it is that bad. New management worse then last management.

The cashier Katie helped me at the check out, I advised her that the Folgers coffee was marked down and all she could say is quote unquote do you want it for this price?? Excuse me your job is to go check, I even said it and she just stood there, Bad Business

As a customer for one or two days out of the week shopping here it's always a quick stop to buy my drinks .. the Mgr... I believe his name is Darren (sorry if I botched his name) .. nonetheless he is always diffusing a problem & solves what the situation may be always with a good vibe and positive take on things.. definitely a leadership role he has in him ..I've worked retail for 7 years and seen a lottwo of those years were with the company Dollar tree ... most of the general public expects more from a Dollar store.. tho with minimum wage.. there are few and far in between employees that go above the expected expectations .. your not going to find too many outstanding employees at a minimum wage salary .. like a diamond in the rough they may say Darren is one of those few that rise against The adversity of a rough situation He should be recognized for his role

I just shopped here and my bottle of Whitney Houston body spray was not in bag and I asked the guy was everything in bag got way home to Plano and body spray not in my bag and I paid for it I keep trying to call the store the number is busy I’ll be In store tomorrow to get what I paid for I have receipt but no perfume!..?

Avoid buying chocolate from this location during the summer. Their air conditioner doesn't cool the store properly and their chocolate has melted.If you enjoy melted chocolate then this is the place for you.

Super bad service, the cashiers are rude and insult you, they make a bad face at you, the manager insults my 11-year-old boy with bad words, just because we wanted to pay and use our coupons, he said that we only wanted the free things and he kicked us out of the store.

Very poor customer service and managers are not properly trained at all! I truly don't understand how they stay in business w all the multiple issues and are never open. It was closed 45 mins early on 02/17/2023 and still had the manager come out being very disrespectful!

I accidentally left some laundry detergent there. I keep calling but no one is answering. Also, the place looks a mess. The workers seem disengaged.

Store is a total mess and things are not where they should be. When you get to the register your price is more than what the shelf sign says,and the woman at register does not care at all
