I went to Dungans because of their long standing presence in McKinney. Their salesman Ron assured me that their installer has been with them long term and one of the best. For sure Jonathan is! He took a day just to grind our upstairs subfloor (warped OSB!!) and then float all the low spots. It took more float than estimated and I was happy to pay for it, as you can imagine, your finished floor is only as good as your subfloor is flat and level. Glad he knew what he was doing. Will use them again for more flooring upstairs and continue the beautiful wood planks.

Great experience with Dungan’s Flooring from start to finish. Tony worked with me on my budget and made the project possible, which I truly appreciated. His son Jake was also very helpful and easy to work with.
On installation day, Jonathan and Christian did an excellent job removing my carpet and installing beautiful new wood floors. Everything went smoothly — they moved all the furniture out and back in, and the workmanship was top-notch.
Professional, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend Dungan’s Flooring. I will definitely be using them again!

Back in 2016, I had Dungan’s replace all of the flooring in my home. The sales team was great and the install crew was amazingly flexible as we were living in the house during our remodel. Fast forward to 2025. Time to get flooring for the new shop we built. I did not even consider other flooring stores. Back to Dungan’s. Worked through product constraints and got my flooring installed on schedule. I appreciate the effort and attention to detail. Install team worked around my schedule, and knocked it out quicker that expected.

We had a great experience working with Dungan 's Floors! Right from helping us selecting the right tile for our patio, to getting it installed in one day, everyone at Dungan's Floors have been exceptional! They are professional and prices are pocket friendly! Highly recommend them for anyone in DFW area looking for flooring solutions.

I purchased tile from Dugans Floor for a project renovating my kitchen. The selection of available samples to look at was many times that of big box stores, and is well worth the trip to the store for anyone looking for quality tile. Furthermore, service was excellent, particularly because I had to return some tile which technically was not returnable. Service was again excellent when I came up a bit short and had to order a nonstandard additional amount. I’m delighted that Dugans Floors exist and intend to use them again soon for a flooring project I’m going to un Call dertake.

We used Dungan’s for all carpet in our upstairs rooms - media room, bedrooms and playroom. All the staff Tony Ron and Linnie have been incredibly helpful and full of design advice. They were also quick to work with our schedule as needed!

We had Jonathan gut our master bathroom. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took an extra few days to replace 2x4 that were wet from a leak that was originally done in 2015. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and takes his time to make his projects right! We are very happy with our decision to use Dungans Floors. They are an amazing contractor to complete your bathroom project! The bathroom floor tiles were laided to perfection! Call them!
