It was very easy to schedule a test drive. Responded immediately by email, phone and text. Wayne R was incredibly patient and allowed us to test drive several cars, many times as we were indecisive between three different models. They worked with us to find affordable payments and the most economical extended warranty.

William is usually who I speak to when I need service done on the car. William is great about explaining to me what I need to know, he usually answers all of my questions before I can even ask them. He’s also great with updating me on the car’s status. Genuinely, if William is there when I need service done, I know I have nothing to worry about. He gives excellent customer service every time. I also like that they send me a full report on their courtesy inspection, which includes videos of what they saw. Obviously they want you to feel like they’re telling you the truth about what they see in the shop and the video does great to accomplish that. Nothing but good things to say about the Mazda service center.

It took 2 and a half weeks for an oil service and wireless charging and only to be told that my iPhone 14 doesn’t work with my 2024 CX-50. I understand everybody’s busy at a dealership but you need to have a little bit of patience with the new vehicle buyer. This was my first visit and felt like no one had any patience to explain anything to me and no one really gave a car at all. I recommend that before you buy a vehicle at this dealership, you go check out the service department, let you meet the team so that way you can know if this is where you want to bring your vehicle For service. Not to mention when I did buy the vehicle and they ran my credit they ran it like 15 times which is a little bit obscene for just one vehicle purchase with a credit score of 780 and above should I have to run my credit 15 times to give me the best rate. Overall, this was my second purchase with the dealership and I would never buy a vehicle here again, nor will I bring my vehicle back for service. I will find another dealership to take care of my vehicle needs. I’ll recommend that everyone else do the same.

From the moment we stepped into the dealership, Tyrone’s customer service stood out. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our car buying process was seamless and enjoyable.The car itself is a marvel. The trim is elegantly designed, giving it a luxurious feel. One of the standout features is how incredibly quiet the ride is, even on busy roads. The smoothness of the drive is remarkable, making long trips a pleasure rather than a chore.As parents of two kids, the 2nd row captain chairs have been a game changer. The kids love them, and the console in the center is perfect for storing their essentials and holding drinks. It’s these thoughtful details that make the CX-90 not just a car but a part of our family.Overall, I can’t recommend Tyrone and El Dorado Mazda enough. I purchased a vehicle and was not very happy with it immediately after delivery because some important features were missing I needed were not included and during the buying process it was not disclosed those features were in a different trim. In addition at delivery of the vehicle I did not receive a walk through of the features and even how to connect my phone. This is some of what led to the dissatisfaction. PLEASE do your homework on all the trim levels and features of each before you purchase. I would not recommend ELDORADO MAZDA they will not change anything out after delivery. Poor customer service.!!!!***UPDATE: El Dorado Mazda has now graciously allowed me to exchange my vehicle into one that I am comfortable with and has all the features I was looking for. A special thanks to the sales manager Dillon Weir and the Sales director Tommie Melton who both worked diligently to ensure I was happy with my purchase. and new vehicle. They provided an experienced sales person Tyrone to deliver the vehicle who took the time to connect my phone, explain the major features and answer any questions I had. Thanks again for providing excellent customer Service.

Recently "took advantage" of a discounted concierge service offered by this location for $30 to have my oil changed and the car appraised. The "good": the oil change process was handled well and I enjoyed the video feature and the thorough diagnostic process.The "bad": although my receipt clearly notated "appraisal" on it, the dealership "forgot" to appraise the car. I called to follow-up on this an find out what happened to half of the reason I even tried out the service in the first place by either received a refund or a comp'd second trip for an appraisal. The dealership soon after called and said that they could in fact appraise the car over the phone?It's not nearly as big of a deal, but the "complimentary car wash" was also.. closed? So they provided a coupon.The process would be accurately described as "okay".

I got my truck a month ago, Chris was my sales guy. He was always contact when the process started once approved it went very slow. All he spoke about was the type of inspection they do and heater don’t work. Electrical Side mirrors don’t work. Loud squeaky noise on the right side wheel. And now I can’t even get the paperwork emailed to me for the warranty cause they won’t fix it there where I got it from. I spoke to them on the phone yesterday and they said they would email me the paperwork and I’m at the Nissan dealership just sitting here cause no email was sent now I have to wait till they email me. Go somewhere else cause they will ignore you.

First time car buyer here!! Brad was the first contact me and I’m extremely thankful he did! Very professional and friendly. He got exactly what I was looking for and I got to go home with the car I was gleaming for!Kamdon and Tommy helped set up all the finishing touches at the end, also super friendly and extremely knowledgeable in what they do! Overall an amazing first time experience, when you choose this dealership make sure to ask for them!

It was a pleasant experience working with William at El Dorado Mazda in McKinney. I did not have an appointment but they addressed my issue faster than anticipated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The coffee bar was less than stellar, dictating 4 instead of 5 stars.

The service department at El Dorado Mazda was great. They got me in quickly and even got the software update I needed done in an hour. Very pleased with there work and speed of service. My service advisor William did a professional job telling me the status of the car while I waited.

Sold us a lemon and ignored my messages when problems came up within 2 weeks of purchase. Bought a 2021 Bolt EV with 30k miles (in 2023), was assured the vehicle was serviced for the recall and there was no issues with the battery. The first time I tried to charge it I noticed that they capped the charging to 80% of the full battery capacity, meaning it only had a range of 198 miles when the spec sheet said 259 mile range. El Dorado ignored my inquiries about this. About 2 weeks in I get a service notification that the battery propulsion system is down, luckily I was able to get it in to a Chevy dealership more local to where I live and the vehicle was serviced under warranty (the whole ev battery had to be replaced). The new battery ended up increasing the range to 298 miles and so far has been running well since we got it back like a month ago.

Had a question on a 2015 Mazda CX-5 that was making an engine noise. Called the service department and spoke with Nick. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was very helpful and saved me a lot of frustration and money. I would highly recommend this dealership and their service department.
