First visit was a 5 but the quality seems to have gone down and the price is still high. Don't ever accept the last piece of pie. I got it recently and apparently, it was old or a reject and wasn't even warmed properly. The crust was greasy, not flaky and the cherries weren't plump as promised. The size certainly wasn't shareable. I thought the pieces were large but apparently that's only for the apple pie (Lord of the pies. ) My kids won't even go anymore. I may be done as well.

A warm place during a cold night. Their drunken nut pie is a must try.

After hearing about Emporium for a long time, I ordered two pies for Thanksgiving (Drunken Nut/Pecan and the Drop Dead Gourdgeous/Pumpkin). Ordering online was simple and easy, though at $48 each, not for the faint of heart. The service at pickup was brisk, efficient and polite, but not warm. The interior is charming with a nice cafe vibe. After trying both pies, I wasn’t impressed, regardless of price and especially at this price. I found both overly sweet with sort of heavy over-done crust. The Pumpkin version also had a Gingerbread crust. I like Ginger Ale but not a big Gingerbread person and it felt mismatched with the Pumpkin. The Pecan was better, but still a little too sweet. We had Traditional Pumpkin and Pecan pies from Central Market as well and they were both clearly better than their much more expensive competitors from Emporium.I suggest go and try a slice for yourself before you buy a full pie. It’s very possible these just weren’t our flavors and we would’ve loved other varieties.Regardless, happy to see a local small business thriving.

I came in for the first time and was impressed by the customer service provided by the lovely ladies at the counter. Picked up (to go) a huge and (I'm told) wonderful apple pie as well as a very generous slice of the pecan pie.I'll have to go back and get more!

An order was placed and when I went to pick up the pie, I was told someone already picked it up. No offer to refund even though I clearly had not picked up the order. $62 is a lot for a pie to begin with. Some customer service would be nice. Finding a new holiday pie store.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed. It was good but not great. I was surprised they do not heat up the Lord of the Pies. The staff was not rude but the cashier was not overly friendly either.

Delicious and wonderful pies. Each pie is a piece of artwork. Their apple pie weighs a ton and is sky high. Each piece of pie I've tried here is like biting into a slice of heaven.
