Do not make online appointments. Booked an appointment, drove an hour to the appointment, got told they've been booked for a week despite the appointment confirmation I received.

Came in for a oil change on 06.25.24. They suggested we change out our battery. So we go ahead and do both. Driving home we notice that the AC is having some issues with cooling. Before we came here we had zero issues with the AC. We can't do anything about it that day, call the next day and tell them about my concern. The guy on the phone tells me to bring it in today 06.27.24. I ask him what time, he says come in whenever you want, the earlier the better and they can take a look at it. Well my wife brings the car back up there this morning not long after they open and they said they can't look at it without an appointment and that the guy shouldn't have said just to come in. He also said what they did Tuesday wouldn't have affected the AC. Ok, why did the guy on the phone tell me to just come in then if he wasn't suppose to without making us an appointment? Clearly something they did had a impact on our AC, I find it quite strange that we suddenly have AC issues after getting our oil changed and a new battery there. Terrible service, we will be taking our car elsewhere to get it looked at by some actual professionals.

Took in my 3/4 ton truck for an alignment, had to wait for the "heavy duty alignment guy" to come in and do it, he did it allegedly, and after checking the components afterwards, multiple components were loose and not tightened at all, extremely disappointing.

I sat in the waiting area for the two hours my car was being worked on and heard every customer that was helped in person or on the phone by WESLEY. He is a gem! Seriously the best customer service person I have ever seen in action, no matter the customer's attitude or car knowledge. You should give him a raise before he gets stole by my company to head our customer service division!

Jeb was friendly and professional, provided a status update of my vehicle consistently and serviced my vehicle quickly. I appreciate the hard work Jeb and the team do but overall the respect they have for others time.

This store has extremely slow workers. 1 1/2 hrs to change one tire that was in stock. That was after the vehicle was pulled in the bay. I have done this kind of work and could do 4 tires in an hour. The have a motivation problem there.

Scheduled a 10am Friday appointment that was confirmed online for an oil change and front brakes. Staff was very nice however it took over 6 hours for them to complete basic service. My car mostly stayed untouched on the lift for most of the time. I missed my kids school pickup and a 4pm appointment. Clearly overbooking their schedule with limited staff. I’ve been here the last few years but the last two appointments have taken way too long.

I clearly told the techinician to check all the tires and if the tires need replacement, dont fix the flat tire since I would in that case buy 4 new tires. But if they have some life, fix the tire and I will get 4 tires later. Then I again reminded him when he was taking the car in to see did he check the car. He said he will.Then at the end he comes and tells me the tire has been fixed but the tires are in bad shape and they need replacement. I was super shocked. I went to discount tires and installed 4 new tires. Super pissed.

Took them 2 full hours for oil change. I had an appointment scheduled and I showed up 15 mins early. So so slow.

The employees at this Firestone location are friendly and quite knowledgeable of Jeep Wranglers. I value their meaningful service recommendations and not badgering me with frivolous upsells.
