Just spoke with Will. He definitely lacks customer service skills, he was rude and almost ruined my sunny mood but I shall not!!! The store gets two stars simply because I’ve had no interaction with anyone other than Will. Otherwise it would get negative stars which isn’t even possible. ???

They staff was beyond helpful to my wife and I. We had two flat tires and they went above and beyond to help. It is refreshing to deal with sincere and genuine people. This isn’t to say this will be everyone’s experience but it was ours.

Absolute worst place ever after confirming with TWO people prior over the phone TWICE when we get there, they say that they can no longer do our car service until winter!!! I told them I have 3 infant children I would have to make arrangements for so leaving the car was not an option but I would just stay! then they say there’s a not stating they can not do the service AFTER I received a confirmation email stating they would!!!

I took my car to Firestone in the morning for a state inspection with the engine light on. Despite dropping off the car at 10 AM, I had to call at 4 PM to check the status. They informed me that I needed new tires and to monitor my low oil level, but did not mention that the engine light would cause me to fail the inspection or suggest running the test. Upon picking up the car, I was told about the engine light issue and that they couldn't pass the inspection. This lack of communication made the entire experience a waste of time and ruined my day. They did not offer to run diagnostics or provide any solutions. I would recommend avoiding Firestone and going to another location for your car needs.

Jason is fantastic! He is very helpful and understanding. He goes out of his way to explain things and not once did I feel any pressure or the feeling of being rushed out.

Made an appointment 5 days prior to visit and when I arrived it was stated that they had no record of the visit (though my email was in their system) and they also didn’t have the tires in stock. I had to wait another 6 hours before they could do the install. After a 2 hour installation I went to pay only to find that they had not performed the alignment check that had been requested. When I asked, the man performing checkout was rude and stated that it wasn’t on the order and it would be more than an hour before it could be done. I didn’t have the time at that point as I had spent all day trying to get this done. Fast forward a couple of minutes to getting into my car to realize my TPMS was not working, when I reentered the store the same man was very rude when I asked about it and his only answer was “well you just need to drive it for a bit” and he went back to what he was doing. It’s 24 hours later and it’s been driven and my TPMS is still not working. In one visit I’ve realized that it’s better to stick with NTB and Discount Tire in the future as they understand that even when mistakes happen, apologizing and taking care of the customer is what’s best. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service here.

Representative added extra items (road hazard warranty, credit card application fee) to the invoice without informing me. Asked me to sign the estimate and invoice without showing it to me. Felt subject to deceptive practices.
