Justin Belle-Isle made purchasing my first home, a first rate experience! Every step of the process he made it worry free, and even when things seemed challenging, Justin was able to get approval for an increase to my loan status which almost assured that I would be able to select a home I felt comfortable with!!!! Jenny was a referral through my real estate agent Tony Nuncio and upon meeting with her I understood why. She immediately saw an opportunity of my success and laid out a path that proved seamless. Who knew I would walk away with a loan qualification on day one of my visit? She was extremely communicative and responsive to an already anxious buyer, and those qualities on top of her honest and calming demeanor were the exact mix of traits I needed to know that was in good hands, from start to finish. Andy is great! I have relocated & purchased over 7 houses & refinanced several times in my lifetime. I know & understand the mortgage process. Andy provided factual information & did it quickly. We were able to process this refinance in a about a 2-week timeframe, which is very fast. All documents were ready for me to study before signing documents. It was a very good process. And Andy & his assistant Sara were very accommodating with any questions I had. First Bank is tops in my experience.

The home buying process can be a roller coaster even for seasoned home buyers.She welcomed us and provided timely information to ease our minds during the process. When we experienced unforeseen hurdles, she donned her professional yet heart warming cape and came to our rescue. In our moment of need and understanding she became more to us than a loan officer, she became a friend and veteran advocate. I'm not sure how things would have worked out if we didn't have her and I'm glad we didn't have to find out. Our Loan Officer, Jenny Goddard was there with us every step of the way, and has continue to stay in touch - not for referrals but because she's genuinely interested in how we're doing.

This was the first time I ever used a bridge loan and was somewhat apprehensive. This was not an easy mortgage for Andy to complete. I had not yet sold my house, was moving across the country, a hurricane delayed closing etc. He was amazing to deal with the entire time! My realtor was impressed, as was I! I have already recommended him to someone and will continue to do so.

I've used First Bank on a couple mortgages and they provide the same experience every time. Jenny is organized and straightforward about what needs to happen, and she works quickly to get everything done. I don't think to call anyone else.
