The lady teller at the window is incredibly rude. I've never in my life met such an unfriendly teller. What's crazy is that it's not just a one-time thing, so I can blame it on a bad day. Every single time i go, she's incredibly unfriendly. I cannot wait to relocate at work so that I no longer have to visit her.

I could never forget the manager thinking me and my husband were coming in for a ppo loan check when we walked in. She just addressed us like she knew based on how we looked that’s what we were there for and we were trying to get a loan for land. SMH. Then we asked for the banker we were coming to see and she changed her tone. Needless to say they didn’t give us a loan anyway once they saw us. But over the phone everything was approved and was good to go.

First untied bank has been amazing! I opened my account with Denise here at this branch off redbud in mckinney. I had a very pleasant experience. I was shown the entire bank, was explained the lobby has nice features for us as customers. I was introduced to the entire staff which was nice because you never know who you’re going to get when you go to the branch. All the staff is still currently there I have currently been banking with first United Bank for two years now. I have every service you can think of with this bank. ( mortgage, line of credit, auto, equipment Loan, checking, biz accounts, credit protection, ppp loan) they have been very generous to me and my small business & my puppy. Thank you Denise and staff. Thank you first United Bank! Keep up the amazing work!

a month agoDo not use this for mortgage services----horrible bank with poor service. I did a refinance and was assure and have emails from bank telling me to forgo that month payment. I confirmed and have email from them to do so---then i get a alert from my credit system they put late payment on my account----they eventually fixed--Okay accident happen----now it happened again and again they said we are sorry and are retracting their error--how is it they can continually make same errors at my expense---I have apology letter from first incident and now this issue is effecting a refinance on a auto loan i had started--------anyone know a good attorney that handles these types of errors that cost customers money on bank errors

Attempting to get information about financing and was directed to a specific individual for assistance. No returned call after 3 attempts over a five day period. Not a great way to start a relationship.

I really like my bank. The people there are super friendly and always have made me feel like a important customer not just a number. Only down side is I wish there were more branches and I really dislike the telemarketing calls. I like my service just the way it is I never asked for a newer and better one. A perfect example of this is their new checking they kept bothering is to try. Had people call me almost every day for a week and a half asking me to switch.

I recently moved all my business and personal account to First United Bank and I was very pleased of how professional, respectful and efficient they were. Denise Steller definitely went above and beyond my expectations for my banking experience.

5 stars for a competitive price on a mortgage, and great continued responsive service from their mortgage officer on additional properties. 0 stars for phone customer service once you have an account with them. I've been on hold for one half an hour so far, and still waiting to ask one question. My wife spent a half a day on the phone over a password change issue. First United: get some more people to answer those phones please!
