Currently still waiting outside the store 30 mins past when it is supposed to open and there is not a single employee in the building, I’ve already seen at least 5 families go back to their cars after finding the doors locked

I’ve been a loyal customer and have always appreciated their service, but my recent visit left me quite disappointed. I had an issue at checkout where I accidentally scanned an item twice. I asked the cashier to remove one of the items, but the response was surprisingly dismissive and unfriendly.This experience was not up to the standard of service I’ve come to expect. I hope this feedback helps in improving customer interactions moving forward.

The store was a mess with disorganized shelves and items scattered everywhere. However, I must say the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Assisted when needed. The frisco one at least wouldn't be this messy.

Five Below is normally a favorite to visit but this entire store smells of sewage. We could barely stand the smell it was disgusting ??. My pregnant wife couldn’t remotely handle being in there long.

I recently visited the Five Below store and overall I had a positive experience. I would give it a four-star rating.Firstly the store is well organized and easy to navigate. The aisles are clearly labeled making it convenient to find what I need. The products are neatly displayed and well-stocked. I appreciate the effort put into keeping the store clean and tidy.Secondly the variety of products available is impressive. Five Below offers a wide range of items at affordable prices. From household essentials to trendy accessories there's something for everyone. I especially enjoyed browsing through their selection of tech gadgets and toys. It's a great place to find unique and inexpensive gifts.Additionally the staff at the Five Below store were friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile and were willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Their customer service made my shopping experience more enjoyable.However I do have a few areas where I think Five Below could improve. Firstly the checkout process could be more efficient. During my visit there were only a few cashiers available which led to longer waiting times. It would be beneficial if they could have more staff members at peak hours to reduce the wait.Furthermore while the prices are generally low some items could be of better quality. While I understand that Five Below is known for its affordable products it would be nice to see a balance between price and quality. Some items I purchased had a short lifespan or didn't work as expected.Overall my experience at the Five Below store was positive. It offers a wide variety of affordable products in a well-organized and clean space. The staff is friendly and helpful although the checkout process could be more efficient. I would definitely recommend checking out Five Below for budget shopping needs.

This outlet is located at Mckinney Towne Crossing shopping complex. It's very clean, neatly organized, spacious, attractive collections in every section. A must visit spot to pick up unique gifts. There are a number of kids toys, arts and crafts item. There is no return policy on the items purchased here. They have multiple self check-out kiosks.
