Taylor T. and James are absolutely amazing! I called at 7:00 a.m. and Taylor answered my call, the customer service I received from Taylor went above and beyond! She physically checked inventory, secured more inventory from the Plano store. She spoke to her manager James, who offered to pick up the remaining pieces in Plano to have a combined delivery. The whole time Taylor was giving me updates via text. It restored my faith in people and these two have a good (GREAT) heart! If we did not live over 100 miles away, I would go and hug their necks. Therefore, this is my virtual hug. Floors and Decor, you have two great people representing your store. You should be proud of them, they have gone above and beyond and did an AMAZING job. I cannot thank them enough!

Not sure where to start? Go talk to Mo in this store! She helped us visualize and put a plan together for our home. In fact, I told someone “Mo has a better grasp of my house than I do.” She was immensely helpful. We will for sure be back when it is time for the next project.

We have always bought the supplies for out construction company here, but the area has always been very slow. We usually don’t have a problem with that since we order @ noon and come back to pick up 2 hours later but today was very different. I had came in to pick up 27 boxes of tiles but they were still not ready. I had already had workers waiting for the order so I told them I couldn’t wait 3 more hours to pick up. Went and put the boxes in a cart in 20 minutes and loaded them up in another 20 minutes. Total of 40 minutes and it’s hard to believe they can’t do that with machines and many workers.

You're very helpful customer service they take time answer questions and helps a lot products. You seem to have a very good selection as well.
I'll definitely be going here next time I decide to redo my flooring or remodel my bathrooms.

I’m extremely disappointed with the staff at this location. After driving from Irving to Garland because we were told the item was available here, we arrived at 6:10 PM only to encounter rudeness. We found the item but were told by a staff member that they wouldn’t load it and that we needed to get a cart ourselves. His tone was incredibly rude. Despite this, we checked out only to witness the same staff member helping another customer load their items because they tipped him. The inconsistency and poor service were appalling. This was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience.

We are rebuilding due to a house fire. We went into the McKinney store 2 weeks ago and thought it would be very hard to find all the tiles we were looking for. We expected to have to make multiple trips to multiple stores to figure it all out. Thankfully Mo Henderson was working that day and helped us find EVERYTHING we wanted all in one visit. She was so very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Highly recommend the store and ask for Mo!

they have been giving me the run around for 2 days now when i could’ve just loaded the tile on a cart myself. The staff here is awful this whole place needs to be fired and rehired
