11-20-24 Driver of tank #6771 felt he needed to pass another semi at the bottom of a blind hill greatly increasing the risk of an accident so he could run well over the 55 mph speed limit, only to turn to off a few miles later at Louis Dreyfus. These type of drivers surely don't need to be in a fuel tanker.
