Fridge came with door broken, brand new. Geek squad rep came and ordered part. Wrong part came. Tried to call best buy. No one will help me re order part at their main line (call center in Philippines), geek squad rep wont answer phone. Best buy has gone in the TOILET! You will not be in business much longer like this guys. NFM, amazon, ANYONE has better service than you. Best buy is the next blockbuster.

Using them will create headaches, they dont finish on time and no support/response about when they can complete it. Its been a such a nightmare experience with this team.

We just had a terrible experience with a technician, Tannan, from Geek Squad. He came to fix the sound system on a TV we bought from Best Buy two weeks ago. After working on it for almost an hour, he got it working, but said the problem was intermittent. He made multiple changes and it did start working, but in doing so the speaker level settings became reset. When we told him they were reset, he didn’t believe us and became very argumentative saying we were wrong, because he didn’t reset them. All we know is that they became reset as he was working on it. He also acted very inpatient with us just because we wanted to understand how to use our system. He was a terrible young man to work with, and Geek Squad needs to train their technicians to listen to their customers and be more respectable. If they do train them to be respectful to their customers, this young man must have been absent on that day.

I used the geek squad to install a tv on my back patio. I sent pictures and went over all details. They were aware of the location of outlets and where tv was going to go. They came out and hung tv but refused to plug it into outlet as discussed. Then they offered to put in an outlet for an additional cost and then cancelled it due to location of outlet that they were aware of. I paid for a service that was incomplete and no compensation was provided. I recommend using someone else.

Had Geek Squad mount a TV for me under my outdoor covered patio. Job was done right the first time. The crew made sure to verify that I was happy with the proposed wall mount location before they started drilling. They even called a couple of days after the installation to make sure I was satisfied. Does not get any better than that. I won't hesitate to use them again should I need their expertise.

I purchased a new refrigerator and a new TV on 9/19/23. Refrigerator was delivered and set up within a couple of days. However, I have been getting a run around on the delivery of my TV from 9/25/23 through today 10/3/23.Initially, I was called on the 25th to deliver in 5 min (no advance warning) and I was leaving the house. Since then, they scheduled for the 26th (no show), 28th (no show), 29th (no show), 10/1 (no show) and today they scheduled for 9am (no show), called them and they said by 1pm (no show) and then 3pm (no show).I would no longer buy anything from Best Buy that requires a delivery.

They did not have what of we wanted , and we even researched online. Their system even said they, had it, but I don't care I only care about results and expect a business that says they have something to have it. However , Leslie (lLesly)) , saved this review from 2 stars -4 .. She researched the other locations . And made sure , we got everything needed . Twitch SpencerstompI've love Best Buy and do fear for it's future . If other employee maybe not so helpful , guess what you lose to Amazon .

Checking out at Best Buy is so tedious they keep trying to upsell customers with all their membership and protection plans. Would be nice to just pay and leave. Please put in a self checkout so I don't have to keep hearing the same thing over and over.
