I used the geek squad to install a tv on my back patio. I sent pictures and went over all details. They were aware of the location of outlets and where tv was going to go. They came out and hung tv but refused to plug it into outlet as discussed. Then they offered to put in an outlet for an additional cost and then cancelled it due to location of outlet that they were aware of. I paid for a service that was incomplete and no compensation was provided. I recommend using someone else.

Had Geek Squad mount a TV for me under my outdoor covered patio. Job was done right the first time. The crew made sure to verify that I was happy with the proposed wall mount location before they started drilling. They even called a couple of days after the installation to make sure I was satisfied. Does not get any better than that. I won't hesitate to use them again should I need their expertise.

I purchased a new refrigerator and a new TV on 9/19/23. Refrigerator was delivered and set up within a couple of days. However, I have been getting a run around on the delivery of my TV from 9/25/23 through today 10/3/23.Initially, I was called on the 25th to deliver in 5 min (no advance warning) and I was leaving the house. Since then, they scheduled for the 26th (no show), 28th (no show), 29th (no show), 10/1 (no show) and today they scheduled for 9am (no show), called them and they said by 1pm (no show) and then 3pm (no show).I would no longer buy anything from Best Buy that requires a delivery.

They did not have what of we wanted , and we even researched online. Their system even said they, had it, but I don't care I only care about results and expect a business that says they have something to have it. However , Leslie (lLesly)) , saved this review from 2 stars -4 .. She researched the other locations . And made sure , we got everything needed . Twitch SpencerstompI've love Best Buy and do fear for it's future . If other employee maybe not so helpful , guess what you lose to Amazon .

Checking out at Best Buy is so tedious they keep trying to upsell customers with all their membership and protection plans. Would be nice to just pay and leave. Please put in a self checkout so I don't have to keep hearing the same thing over and over.

Ordered two new dvd releases online because they don't put them out on the day they are released unless you place an order online. Placed my order for store pickup witch I was told that they would have ready today as the store was getting ready to close for the day I was informed that my items were not available. So I had to cancel my order and then went to Walmart and got the same items from a lot less as the items were available as they said they were

I waited all day and they never showed up-waited from 10 to 7:30 pm. Never received a call. I even signed up for their $199.99 plan that day??? Let’s see what happens today.

Wanted to get a new iPhones but no help this is not new for Best Buy as they are the Walmart of electronics. Left and will go elsewhere for my phone.

Dylan and Bryan were polite and worked hard to service the people coming through. If not for them it would be a 1 star review. Hassain was not helpful, their total tech membership does not cover all they claim it does -labor for hardware install-. Their info center will send a text that the work is complete but when you pick it up it is not complete because you didn't recieve the phone call that it would need other work. I just need my tech fixed I do not have time to wait an hour and a half because they said it was complete instead of saying we need authorization for more work.
